Stayed Aug 7, 2025We just stayed for a family reunion to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday. The house is big and spacious, there was 12 of us and we were pretty comfortable. There was a mishap with the cleaning people coming the wrong day, but the owner was very quick to communicate and correct the situation. Location is great. The community is new and there is construction, but we were never bothered by it. One thing I will say is if you like sleeping with a lot of blankets, maybe bring an extra quilt/blanket. Each bed has a light cover, but there are no extras. Plenty of towels and pillows. There is a hairdryer, toilet paper and paper towels. Bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. All in all it was a great weekend and we hope to do it again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025House was big and brand new, owner was easy to get in touch with when needed. House is a good spot as far as both the Rehoboth and Ocean City boardwalks and Bethany Beach. Will be even better when pickle ball court and pool is built.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025It met all the needs that we needed and then some. The house was large enough for our group. The only down fall was the pool was not completed and construction in the am. Otherwise every was fabulous. Will definitely rent again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025House was big and beautiful, however it was one of the first houses done in a new development. There were lots of people working and running the house and back yard at 7am- about 6-7pm. Construction noises all day long, and the pool and park area were not completed. Overall very nice place just wouldnt reccomend for a few months until Construction dies down alittle and you can actually enjoys the space your paying for!
