8 Laughing Gull: BESTNEST by Beverly Serral *3rd Row Ocean*

We had a great family vacation at 8 laughing gull. House is well appointed and a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family of 5. Sea pines is a great location. We rented bikes and rode all thru the area. Really enjoyable beach vacation.

This was by far the most well stocked vacation rental we have experienced. The home was very clean and had comfortable beds. There will be no problems cooking a meal and having all the utensils you would have at home. For example, having chip clips for your snacks was great! We would rent this house again!

The location of this property is ideal - short walk to the beach, nice walk to Sea Pines Beach Club and the nearby golf club. Easy bike ride to Sea Pines center for coffee and lunch. Short car ride to Harbor Town or Lands End area. Property was in good shape. Layout was very good for remote work requirements. Nice cluster of houses in on this side street. Was a great post-labor day getaway week for us.

We had the best time at 8 Laughing Gull! The house is in a fantastic location and had everything that we could need. Not having to bring beach towels, chairs and a wagon was a gigantic plus!! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful to work in. The beach was amazing and super easy to access. We had bikes delivered to the house and had the best time biking all around sea pines on the shaded paths. Hope we can return someday!

Just a few short minutes off the bike path! This home was less private with homes surrounding it, but it was a good trade off being closer to the beach!

We are a beach family and this place had it all! We were able to use all of the beach supplies at the place to spend the whole day on the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. The place was well stocked for cooking and so was the laundry room to wash multiple loads of clothes. Everything was labeled and working which made things nice!
