This sensational beach house has been designed to cater for two families, easily sleeping nine, and is located only 100 metres from the Silverleaves General Store and Cafe, and beautiful Silverleaves beach. The house is ideally situated with a north facing front deck, outdoor setting and sun chairs, has a good sized yard for the kids to play safely. FREE WIFI- STRICTLY NO PETS PLEASE DUE TO ALLERGIES - A large open plan kitchen/living with flat screen TV, DVD player, split system heating/ aircon, huge dining table, lovely kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, four bedrooms, built-in robes, sparkling central bathroom, separate shower and bath, separate toilet, rumpus room at back of house for the kids to play, plenty of toys and games provided, second TV, VCR player, stereo, split system heating/ aircon, separate laundry with washing machine.
Other features include light and bright decor, high ceilings, polished floorboards throughout, outdoor shower, and second outdoor setting at the back of the house, and of course the BBQ.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.
GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The perfect house for two families. Plenty of space and it’s so much roomier than the photos show! A quick walk to the beach and a lovely little cafe on the corner for those morning lattes. Some wifi would be a great addition to the house as I had pretty bad phone reception in that area. The double bed in the back bedroom was uncomfortable... a mattress topper would make it softer. The house had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful area with local access only. Cute little corner store for coffee. The house has loads of space and plenty of sleeping options. There’s an abundance of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Quality appliances and I especially love the coffee machine. The property is exactly as described and with the wide hallway and high ceilings it feels more spacious than the photos show.

    The house had a spacious living area and plenty of comfortable beds for a large family or 2. The front deck was a lovely place to sit and relax in the afternoon and we were even visited by some very friendly local wild life. A friendly possum came to say hi and a kookaburra and friendly magpies came to sing us some happy tunes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm for a large family. An added bonus is the Silverleaves general store which is about a 2 minute walk, they make great coffee and delicious home made food. The beach is only a five minute walk and is safe for children to swim. We had a lovely stay at Silverleaves.

    The house is perfect for family holidays. Close to beach and cafe, very well appointed, great for kids - rumpus room, games, bikes. House was very clean and well maintained.
