Everything is done just right. I love her style. Very fresh, not cluttered, clean and comes with everything you need for a great vacation!!

And Sea Pines was always our favorite. And then we discovered Bev and her team and have been renting houses in Sea Pines from them ever since. Each house and experience better than the next. It is true there is no better rental than one from Bev and team. The houses are all immaculate clean. Top of the line furnishings and the supplies in the kitchen and for the beach save us so much time and expense. All we have to do is show up and enjoy ourselves. Gull Point has taken it to another level. The house was perfect. From the CB2 furniture and huge open floor plan and the most amazing and peaceful views to the deck and pool as well as the beach chairs, towels and well stocked garage and kitchen. The best location yet. Just minutes from the beach by bike or walk and just a few minutes bike ride to pickleball and the Salty Dog but also off the path and on a quiet and private street where it was so quiet and private. The team and staff are attentive to everything you need and the app gives you everything you need to know. I will never rent from any other place and will be signing up again next year for Gull Point. Best vacation yet.

This is our second time staying at this house. It is perfect. They have everything you need for a great beach vacation!! We are already discussing renting it again next year.

We had access to the beach withing 2 short blocks a bike ride away. Easy access to salty dog and south beach. Lots of beach equipment and pool toys and having a second fridge in the garage was nice as well. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property. It is easily the best VRBO booking we have ever had. The house was immaculate and stocked to the gills with everything that we needed for a perfect vacation. The views and open floor plan were wonderful. We were so sad to leave but thankful for all the memories!

It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday! We live in the area, and this incredible home allowed us to get away for a few days and bring our dog.
