8-bedroom vacation home just 15 minutes to Walt Disney World® Resort

Adam was a great host and very responsive when we had questions about the property. The kitchen was impressively stocked with kitchenware which made cooking at the house very easy. Access to the water park was a nice bonus for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and living spaces were large enough for the two families staying at the house.

Our party of nine (three families) had an amazing stay. Plenty of space to spread out and every bedroom had their own bathroom. Open kitchen and dining area for meals that easily accommodated all of us. Our kids loved the game room upstairs. Property was clean and well-kept. Beds were nice. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. But host Adam did a follow-up on our 2nd day to ensure everything was going well.Pool was great. Plenty of towels above the washer/dryer. It took a little time to figure out the heating situation but once we did it was great. The door alarm is annoying but it sounds like it’s a law to have one.Quick, easy drive to WDW (15-30 minutes depending on destination/traffic). A bit further to Universal (more like 45mins but again depends on time/traffic) Check-in at the gate was a breeze. We received a QR code and instructions that we used to gain access. We didn’t have time to experience the water slides at the community pool but they looked impressive. We did eat at Finn’s one night and it was pretty good. Would recommend that you visit the community house early in your stay to see what they offer.If that was one thing I would change it would be to add more hangers/towel racks to the bathrooms. We were in and out of the pool every single day and every bathroom seemed to have only one towel rack. After 3 days we had towels and swimsuits draped over every surface. All and all would absolutely stay here again! 10/10. Highly recommend.

The family experience was great. If we decide to visit Florida again, this would be the property of choice.

Though the owner reached out on the second day to ask how was our stay, we didn't want any interruptions of our day nor have strangers into the house, so we didn't call management. I can't speak for others in the family, but our bed in the back corner pool side of the house with the King ensuite have spiderweb in the toilet room. One night in the same bathroom, there was an insect (fast crawling) in the shower but since I didn't have my glasses on I can't confirm. As soon as I put my glasses on it crawled into the floor drain holes which were big sized. However, my other family member found a dead cockroach in the downstairs queen bedroom closet from long time ago because it was quite dry. I questioned the bedsheet was changed in the same upstairs corner king ensuite room, if it was, the sheet was worn because of the pilling of the cotton in the area wear you would lie down. The wood stairs have cracks in 2 areas that lead up to the second floor. Though they provide some starter items, expect to buy paper towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper, and cooking oil if you stay there longer with more than 8 people.

This house is large, plenty of space for 14 people which gives us our own space if someone needed to get a way! Garage had a bonus refrigerator which came in handy, but we did not find it useful at all except for storage. The pool area is tiny so for 14 people it was very cramped. Only had 5 loungers, but there was easily room for 5 more but not sure why there was not, but we managed. Pool was not cleaned and neither was the patio area, but a quick call to them it was taken care of. Kitchen has everything you need, you may need to search for the items, but they are all there, griddle had no power cord to it, bummer for pancakes. 7-11 less than a mile away, Walmart and Target short drive away, (Do curbside pickup Walmart is super busy and trashy people). Easy to get to all Disney parks, Universal and Sea World not bad but with traffic give yourself additional time. Bedroom are perfect size and there were no issues, love that there were a lot of bathrooms! Overall, great place to stay, big home, lots of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 14. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking For a place in Orlando, this may be your place. We enjoyed our stay in this resort. The house was clean, the pool was large and heated, and the owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns.

Our family reunion at this location was nothing short of amazing! The property boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to the waterpark and Finns restaurant, perfect for keeping everyone entertained and well-fed. One of the standout features was the ample room available, making it ideal for our large family gathering. Everyone had their space, yet we could come together comfortably for meals and activities. The pool was an absolute delight – clean, warm, and inviting. It provided endless hours of fun and relaxation for both kids and adults alike. Plus, having Walmart just 3 miles away made it incredibly convenient to stock up on any essentials we needed throughout our stay. While the pool alarm took a bit of getting used to, it was a minor adjustment considering all the other fantastic amenities offered. We're already looking forward to returning, knowing that this property offers everything we need for a memorable vacation. The added bonus of transportation to nearby parks was a huge plus, making it hassle-free to explore the area without worrying about logistics. And a special shoutout to Adam, who was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. In summary, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a five-star getaway.

We had a great stay, the house was perfect for our extended family. And the location is so convenient for all of the Disney parks!

Very Clean house , everything was wonderful, nice staff. The only issue I wish there was a check in check list. House was very spacious we all had room and we didn’t feel like we were on too of each other. Waterpark was vice nice
