We really enjoyed our stay here, the views were absolutely stunning. The living room and kitchen area was very spacious and comfortable for us. The beds were comfortable and it was a great place to stay.

Best view. I don't think any location would have been better view. Perfect place for our large group. The place allowed for privacy and areas to gather. I would love to go back.

This was the perfect venue for our family gathering. The location is ideal with amazing views. The house is ridiculously comfortable, welcoming, and spacious. We all enjoyed the lap pool and ping pong table. I doubt there are many places so conveniently located to downtown with such amazing vistas. Thanks for hosting us!

Great house for large families looking for something semi-private centrally located in Sedona. The view is spectacular, especially on clear mornings with hot air balloons rising into the sky. This house has everything. I would rent this house again now that I've stayed there and know it really is worth it.

This home met our expectations. The space was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet convenient and The views were stunning. Perfect place for our large family. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The host communicated clearly and was always available if we needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. We have a tiktok video on the way for a more in depth review (@ariabroad) We are very impressed.

We rented this home for our micro-wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. We had a big group, but everyone felt comfortable — the house is incredibly spacious, well-planned, and gave us plenty of room to celebrate without feeling crowded. We were a little worried about parking limitations since our guests were traveling from all over the country, but we were able to easily fit up to 9 cars, which was a huge relief. The kids absolutely loved the game room, and the adults practically lived in the hot tub — no one wanted to leave! The views are truly the best part of this home. Every single person commented on how stunning they were and how amazing of a choice we made. It made our wedding weekend feel even more magical. The property manager was extremely responsive and patient, answering all of my (many!) questions quickly (anxious bride mode). Highly, highly recommend this property! It made our Sedona weekend unforgettable. 💛

We had an amazing time. It was a business getaway while our restaurant was going through a remodeling. The views are unbeatable. The house was spacious and laid out beautifully. The windows need a cleaning and there were puzzle pieces and broken balloon pieces in the the living room and in the couch cushions. The pool didn't appear to be cleaned of debris before we got there. I loved that there was a fridge and laundry room upstairs and downstairs. A few of the doors were really hard to open. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we have already recommended it to several other friends.

Panoramic views of the towering red rocks right in our backyard! The home was beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook large family meals every evening, and the host was extremely responsive. We all had comfortable beds and the extra kitchenette downstairs was very convenient. We all enjoyed the lap pool on the warm Sedona afternoons, and star gazing off the balconies in the evenings was spectacular. Amazing family reunion!

We had 15 people at the house. We enjoyed the views with a cup of coffee while the kids swam every day. You can walk to the Airport Mesa from the house and we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets up there. It was easy to get to anything we needed and the owners were quick to reply if we had any questions. I would come back if I am ever back in Sedona!

They went above and beyond by accommodating our wedding reception, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality. Amazing views, very comfortable!

The view from this place was incredible, along with the amount of bedrooms if you have a large group. Everything else about this place is average for the price you are paying. Be careful of the water damage to the deck boards as well. Logistics of outdoor living are a bit challenging as the upper deck is not connected to the lower pool and the grill is on the lower level near the pool and not close to the kitchen. As stated earlier, you are definitely paying for the view, which is amazing.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The views were beautiful, close to hundreds of trails, nearby shops and restaurants. This property had everything the 17 of us needed and the host was very responsive.

We had a multi family stay with little ones and teenagers and we all had an amazing time! Kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked and communication from might tree was excellent. Location was wonderful and you cannot beat the incredible views from the family room windows! We would highly recommend.

Awesome house! The views are amazing. We were family of 7 and plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Got take out for dinner and ate on the back deck. Gorgeous setting - better than a restaurant. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels for the pool. Video games and ping pong were a hit with the young adults. Very central location. Went on an early morning hike right from the house. Lovely place to spend a few nights relaxing. Wish we were staying longer!!

This place was amazing! Brought the family for the long weekend, and the sights, pool, jacuzzi, and the comfort of the home were perfect. Plenty of shops, grocery stores and great restaurants in the area. Heading to Slide Rock is also a must, and within distance. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was delightful overall. The property was exactly as described in the listing, with a clean, well-maintained interior and all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few minor. These did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
