Stayed Oct 4, 2025Cane with friends and family to an Aggie game and the house was top notch. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us: love that there are 5 rooms, multiple beds and fun things to do there. The kids played with the pool table, sang karaoke and there is a nice big backyard to hang out at. We would absolutely rent this house again. Bonus: it’s so close to the stadium! Property manager was very responsive to us and extremely nice and helpful with our needs!!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The grass was extremely tall in the backyard to enjoy hanging out. The lights when we were trying to all get ready in the morning flickered and even went out for a period of time. Tried to wash clothes and the washer didn’t work. Then they are charging me 200 for a towel they claim was damaged. For one towel.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024Lovely property. Loved the big backyard, fire pit-spent a lot of time out there! Karaoke was fun-nothing better than a 4 year old singing H-O-T-T-O-G-O. Everything was stocked tp, paper towels, kitchen. Had a couple of minor issues that were handled promptly, courteously with great communication!! Don’t have another graduation coming, but would stay again!! The toys for the children was absolutely wonderful!!

Stayed Nov 22, 2024This was a very clean, beautiful, spacious, stylish yet practical property!! The karaoke and pool room were a big hit!! We were so happy that it was pet friendly as well!! It was close to many great restaurants and attractions!! The host was the greatest! Answered our questions in a timely manner, and was so very helpful, considerate, and nice!!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024Great vibe at this 5-bedroom, 3-bath house! Comfy beds, huge TV, plenty of space. We enjoyed taking walks, cooking breakfast, and hanging in the backyard. We'll definitely be back.
