The Space:

Welcome to the Jewel of Kissimmee, your 2,000+ square feet of opulent living nestled in the prestigious Windsor Island Resort. Our spacious villa, boasting 7 stylish and cozy bedrooms with 9 beds, can comfortably sleep a group of 16, perfect for family reunions, group retreats or long-term stays.



Experience luxurious comfort in each of our bedrooms, meticulously designed to promote rest and relaxation. After an exhilarating day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park or Fantasmic, fully equipped, modern bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy, putting an end to unwanted wait times and lack of space.



Our state-of-the-art kitchen is every cook's dream, offering stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the essentials to whip up a culinary delight. The large family dining table creates a warm atmosphere for sharing meals and creating lasting memories.



The open-concept lounge, complete with a large-screen Smart TV and plush sofas, provides endless entertainment and relaxation. Work remotely from our quiet desk nook or make use of the dedicated workspace ideal for digital nomads.



Step outside to the private patio, where you can bask under the Florida sunshine, plunge into the private swimming pool and indulge in alfresco dining experiences with our BBQ grill.



Guest Access:

As our esteemed guests, you have complete, unrestricted access to our secure, guard-gated property, inclusive of ample on-site parking. Enjoy resort-style amenities such as the modern fitness center, sports courts, relaxing hot tub, resort-style pool and tranquil nature trail at the Windsor Island Resort. Your little ones can enjoy hours of fun at the children's playground while you soak in the resort atmosphere at the Tiki Bar or clubhouse. Please note that the resort community requires a $20 non-refundable gate fee per car, paid upon arrival.

While joyous celebrations are welcome, we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful community by refraining from hosting loud parties or events. For any disturbances requiring additional cleaning or security attention, guests may be charged additional fees or be asked to leave without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay , so please note that parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited .



If guests are found to have hosted a party without prior host approval, resulting in extra cleaning or property disturbance, additional cleaning fees will apply .



In the unfortunate event that a noise disturbance alerts neighbors or resort security , the Windsor Island Resort patrol will contact local authorities, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately ⚠️ — with no refund issued.



All communication with the host must be made exclusively through the app. This ensures quick, safe, and documented responses for any questions, requests, or assistance during your stay.
