Major roadways are easily accessible, ensuring a quick commute to all that Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area have to offer.

Apart from all that Disney has to offer, attractions like outlet shopping, dining, supermarkets and nightlife are very close to the villa, whilst Universal Studios and Sea World are a short drive away. Walmart and Target are both within a couple of miles, as is all the entertainment on offer at Margaritaville Resort and its new water park (Island H2O). Our south facing pool gets the sun all day and is a private oasis, fully enclosed and screened. It has a larger than average deck, complete with sun loungers and chairs, perfect for relaxing or swimming with the family. You can also enjoy a meal outside in the spacious outdoor dining area.

Our 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 with a smart TV in each room. The master bedroom features a king bed with a new mattress and has a large en-suite containing two sinks, bath tub and large shower. The other two bedrooms also have new beds and share a well appointed bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage space and the master bedroom has a large walk in closet.


There are two spacious living areas with all new flooring, offering ample space for families to relax or for children to play. Each living area has a large screen, smart TV.


The newly remodelled kitchen has all new appliances and is very well equipped with a range of equipment and utensils.


The villa has a garage which will take two cars with space for a further two on the drive.


The Indian Ridge community is very family friendly and offers additional amenities with a large community pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area. These are all within a one minute walk of the property.
