777Rentals - 7BR/4BA - Southwest Estate

I was really looking forward to some quality family time, but unfortunately, a few things fell short during our stay. The pool table was in rough shape—dirty and broken at the corners, which made playing a bit frustrating. The pool temperature was also off; it felt too cold, even after we requested it to be heated. The jacuzzi finally warmed up on our last day after several messages, but it took too long. As for the beds, they weren't very comfortable at all—too soft and felt like we were sinking into the middle. Overall, it was a bit disappointing for what I hoped would be a relaxing getaway.

Spent the week for a company work trip. Plenty of space for our group. We've stayed with 777 a couple trips now. Every experience has been wonderful accommodations and fast responses/ customer service. Appreciate you all!

All in all, a very pleasant experience. House was clean, and better supplied than we anticipated. We never used the pool or hottub because it was too cold, but folks reported that both needed cleaning. Also noted the outdoor patio furniture was very dusty. Finally, better instructions about the thermostats would be nice. The system seemed to keep jumping between cooling and heating automatically, which would be nice to override.

We were a large group with 3 full families with in the group 17 in total. It had been 3yrs since we have all been together due to Covid and border crossing rules BUT we made it happen and it was worth every dollar, mile, airplane ticket, taxi and non stop cooking to keep the 10 grandchildren fed!! I am sure I was the most question asking relentless renter they ever had but, they answered every question and inquiry I threw at them. Was it the taj Mahal no, I never rented the taj Mahal, I rented this home away from home and it was more than we ever needed wanted or desired. Thank You!!

Excellent place for large groups.

20 of us stayed here from a race team because we need alot of room for parking. The place was perfect for the team to hang out and play a little golf and unwind from the race days. We will definitely be back

We were a group of 24 celebrating two birthdays this past week, a 21st and 40th Birthday. We had such an amazing trip and the house was absolutely beautiful and definitely plenty of room to accommodate our large group. Property location was close to the Vegas strip and close to shopping centers as well as restaurants. Property owner was easily accessible and quick to answer any questions before and during our stay as well as addressing our concerns. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are with a large group. We would stay again!!
