There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow at 300 feet distance. Street parking is available in some areas as well.

** BBQ GRILL

Small charcoal grill can be provided. Various vacation gears as propane grills, available at extra cost and prior arrangements.
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY

PET FEE of $150 per pet. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you.

Only small 40 pound or less pets allowed.

Any damages or extra cleanings will be charged.


Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
