    Overall the place was adequate for us but it needs some upgrades and the baseboards were filthy which shows they dont value cleanliness. The proximity to the beach was really the best quality. The pillows were flat and we had to go buy a couple at Walmart.

    Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our friend group of 6 was very comfortable and had a great time. The beach is so clean and beautiful and there's so much to do in Hilton Head. The best part of the house is the location. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood- very walkable and bikeable- and just a very, very short walk to the beach. It's 2 houses to the end of the road and then the beach is just across the dune. It's also only 1/2 mile from Coligny. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, in particular with our request for the pool to be cleaned again after a storm blew threw. The main negative for us was the condition of the outside area. While the pool did get cleaned, it still was stained and the concrete around it is cracked and could really use an update. It was still usable, just not quite what we were expecting. Otherwise the listing is accurate and if your goal is to be close to the beach without having to pay oceanfront prices, this house is a great choice.

    Such a GREAT location !! Close to EVERYTHING but so quiet and peaceful. Pics don't do the roominess of the house justice - all rooms are great sized. We will return. Hosts VERY easy to work with. Chose this place, awesome to have so much beach things to borrow while you are there. Enjoy !

    We absolutely loved the location! Super short walk to the beach, and short bike ride to Coligny which was perfect for my entire family! During our stay, there were two beach wagons and several one position beach chairs. The house was clean and accommodating! We hope you love your stay here as much as we did!

    Nice place, reasonable, very close to beach easy walk. Loved the screened in porch. Plenty of rooms for me my wife and two kids. So easy to bike to coligny and restaurants and groceries. Love that the beach and place is dog friendly. Well stocked nice kitchen. No ice maker.

    This is a tough review, because we loved the location, however, house needs a lot of work. Everything from carpets to furniture to fixtures and appliances needs attention. The beds are very uncomfortable, the light fixture in the upstairs bedroom was missing with just taped up wires hanging from the ceiling, and the carpets are just plain gross. We weren’t able to use the pool in the evening until Wednesday, which was disappointing, because the one pool light in the pool was blown and was not replaced until Wednesday. There is no other light source around the pool area. All of that said, the property managers were very responsive and helpful when we had issues, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed the screened porch, the location is fantastic, and we hope the planned renovations help with the badly needed updates.

    This properties location couldn’t have been better. One row away from the beach. The property had lots of space for 5 adults and 3 kids. The property needs some TLC, but they are undergoing a big renovation/addition for the 2023 so I’m excited to return in the future!
