75 ft Canal Front Anna Maria House, Great for Boaters, Newly Renovated

House exceeded expectations. It is nicely renovated, very clean and in an excellent location on the island. Very close to the beach and many restaurants.

The pictures don't so this house justice. It's a beautiful home, very clean and spacious, and comfortable. The beds and linens were so warm and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The garage has everything you need for a fun day on the beach. And the canal is really fun and a great place to fish. The yard is spacious too. Our kids loved playing outside. I would definitely come back to this place.

The house was exactly as represented online. It felt new ( mostly remodeled) and clean. The location is great. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well- equipped and the living area was quite spacious. There were beach chairs and toys, but would’ve been nice to have had beach towels. Maybe we just missed those. We would stay here again!

Excellent location and clean well maintained property.

We were so glad to stay at this Anna Maria home for the month of February! Most days we would sit on the backyard patio soaking up the sunshine. Jason quickly answered any questions we had. We hope to visit again!

Great stay! Huge beautiful kitchen and very quick walk to gorgeous beach. Backyard is gigantic and has a canal to fish, kayak, or just admire lovely view.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. However I would definitely rent a golf cart! So fun and easy parking everywhere. Love the location to the beach less than two blocks.The house has everything things you need. We were 5 people and very comfortable. The patio in back of house facing canal was very nice too.

Stayed here with family! The house was very clean, had all the essentials and it was great spot right on a canal with the beach close by.

Stayed here with my son and two friends for our annual boys excursion of fishing and enjoying the sunshine. The house was perfect, actually better than described. Not sure if it was, but it sure appeared to be a brand new remodel inside with perfect accommodations including comfortable beds and pillows! Plus plenty of water pressure in the showers. Location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and the home is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. A very nice channel behind the home if you have a boat that can easily get you out into the bay or the gulf. Pricing was very fair, especially considering that we were there on spring break. Kitchen was even nicely appointed with plenty of cookware and utensils. If you rent, it you would be disappointed. Guaranteed.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, updated and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We chose this house so that we could dock our boat on the canal. It is a great boating town, plus walking distance to restaurants. We would love to come again!

Awesome house on the canal with easy access to the island. Stayed here multiple times and hope to visit again soon.

Watched the boats go down the canal while in walking distance to Pine Street and Gulf Avenue!

We loved this house and were pleasantly surprised that it felt nicer and larger than the photos. It was very clean and recently renovated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and had some luck. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Wonderful location, easy walk to town or the beach.

We loved this house! There is so much room in the living room/kitchen open area. The location was perfect for us. It was a few blocks to the Sandbar restaurant where we attended a wedding. It was a short walk to the beach or Pine Street to shop or to catch the trolley - very handy! Jason, the property manager was easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this house!

Amazing host, amazing place, amazing location on the island. The host was incredible to work with. You can easily walk everywhere you need to on the island.
