Stayed Apr 24, 2025Great location, walkable to town and beach. However I would definitely rent a golf cart! So fun and easy parking everywhere. Love the location to the beach less than two blocks.The house has everything things you need. We were 5 people and very comfortable. The patio in back of house facing canal was very nice too.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Stayed here with my son and two friends for our annual boys excursion of fishing and enjoying the sunshine. The house was perfect, actually better than described. Not sure if it was, but it sure appeared to be a brand new remodel inside with perfect accommodations including comfortable beds and pillows! Plus plenty of water pressure in the showers. Location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and the home is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. A very nice channel behind the home if you have a boat that can easily get you out into the bay or the gulf. Pricing was very fair, especially considering that we were there on spring break. Kitchen was even nicely appointed with plenty of cookware and utensils. If you rent, it you would be disappointed. Guaranteed.

We enjoyed fishing off the dock and had some luck. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Wonderful location, easy walk to town or the beach.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024We loved this house! There is so much room in the living room/kitchen open area. The location was perfect for us. It was a few blocks to the Sandbar restaurant where we attended a wedding. It was a short walk to the beach or Pine Street to shop or to catch the trolley - very handy! Jason, the property manager was easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this house!
