Stayed Feb 6, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The plywood ramp needs a major upgrade. We chose this house specifically due to the ramp for our grandmother who uses a walker and the wood is rotten and broken. Also, the planks leading up to the pier were loose, there is one if you step on the left it lifts the other side (needs to be nailed down), make sure to walk right through in the middle. Inside the home it was generally clean just needs a thorough dusting.
