Well stocked had just about everything you need and more. Off in the corner you had a lot of privacy. Views were beautiful. Not far from the village to enjoy the town’s energy,Close to the slopes. We had a great time. I highly recommend this home.

Close to shuttle route to downtown Breck and convenient to get to numerous hiking trails and other outdoor adventures. Quiet area off the beaten path. Property managers were quick to respond to requests such as no propane and a partially filled hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking to be near the hub or Breck, but have quiet and lovely mountain view. Plan to bring your own coffee & filters but other supplies were sufficient.The hot tub is not covered, so when it's raining heavily, it's not very comfortable to use. Plethora of spices available, but no cooking oil. Loved having the convenience of parking in the garage.

Updated kitchen. Would be good to repair the path and surrounding of the hot tub as there are loose boards. Easy to check in. Beautiful scenery. Needs new carpet/flooring but was very clean. Screen missing in primary bedroom.

We enjoyed our secluded stay in the three story unit. The floor plan worked for us since we spent most of our time on the second floor (den, kitchen and eating area). The beds were well appointed, bathrooms clean and views of the mountain impressive. Our concerns were the very worn and stained carpeting and dirty bbq pit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I was expecting it to be kept up. It felt it a bit “ran down” on inside and out. Carpet was dirty especially on the steps. If we were able to see the way it was situated on the property outside by the pictures we wouldn’t have rented. Screens missing in master. Washer didn’t work properly and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. When we asked questions about getting it fixed we were responded to quickly. We had a toilet seat that was busted and maintenance came out that day so that was the plus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The carpet was very dirty though and due for a deep cleaning.

Overall its a good value. The property could have been cleaner. The master bedroom was dusty, carpet is kind of dingy and the hot tub was super cloudy. The hot tub is not on a level surface so everytime we would get in with more than 2 people it would overflow and we would have to refill it. This ended up helping with the water not being the cleanest. Overall not a bad property. But could use a little TLC.

We all really enjoyed this home! 4WD is really a must for this location when it snows. Our friends had an all wheel drive vehicle and had to wait until the snow plow came to clear the driveway. The property management was responsive to all of our needs, explaining the water alarm system to us really helped our family and friends to understand how to prevent the alarm from going off in the middle of the night. The house met all of our needs and was very comfortable! The location would be great in the summer too as it is close to many hiking trails!
