House was perfect. Pool not working for six days until filter was replaced. Akers very helpful

We really enjoyed this stay for Labor Day weekend. We had our teenage children with us and it was perfect for them as well. The home was clean, the pool was fantastic, the location was great to access all parts of the island. We will definitely stay here again!

The pictures didn't really do the house justice. The house was beautiful, everything we needed we had. Hosts were very attentive. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice!

Gorgeous property with nice amenities and more than generously appointed. Great space, great pool, and beautiful setting. I highly recommend this property.

Just as pictured. House was pristine. Decor was gorgeous. The dining table on the deck was great for sunset dinners. Sadly the weather did not cooperate to get much use out of the pool, but the screened in porch with built in heater was lovely. Nicely appointed. Will look to book this property for future trips to Kiawah. Akers Ellis always provides excellent service.

This house has everything you need for a great getaway with family. Spacious living room, large kitchen and outside deck with private pool made our trip perfect.

Reviewer Comments: The house was in a fantastic location, was a great size, beautifully furnished etc., but needs to have a rental “kit” of dinnerware, glasses, coffee mugs Etc., supplied. A kitchen provisions tray would also be a good thing (basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc.,) It could also benefit from a set of beach towels. The house can fit 10 people so there should be at least 10 of everything. Would definitely rent this house again.

Missed having actual glassware in the kitchen however, it is understandable that the owner would not want guests to be tempted to use glass around the pool. Cleaning crew was still there on our arrival at 420pm. Front door was wide open and couldn't find anyone to talk to. Bags of garbage and linen blocked the front path. All understandable with Covid but would have appreciated a call/email to inform us that the property was not ready. The crew didn't speak to us and must have felt rushed because we had to chase them after they left to provide toilet paper and the house didn't feel appropriately prepared as in years past with Akers Ellis.

The house is beautiful, clean, spacious. We loved the deck, especially the patio heaters which allowed us to be outside even when temperatures dropped or when the rains came. The pool was a big hit with everyone and the view was wonderful. Saw several deer roaming through the marsh right beneath the house. Very quiet neighborhood. Wish Kiawah had more beach access for those with physical challenges.
