    Beautiful house and beautiful views! I would suggest different outdoor furniture that would dry quicker. The kitchen was lacking a little bit in silverware, and dishes but not bad.

    We had a wonderful time here. The home was roomy and expansive and afforded us plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the playroom and pool. However, the front of the house needs to be refurbished, the steps and railing repaired and painted and the pool deck needs some attention. Some of the furnishings are beginning to look shabby. Even so, this was a great place for our multi-generational family.

    House had a great layout and plenty of room for our family. Used lower level for our son/daughter in law and 5-month-old grandson. Some of the outside woodwork needs some attention: front entry banister (bottom left side) was rotted out, front entry stairs need paint, etc. Other than that, the house was great.

    Great location. Furniture looked like it came from Goodwill. Need more furniture in the main dinning room. Would not rent again for the money. Too expensive for the furnishings.

    The property was perfect for our group of 12. The six bedrooms worked well for us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room…great activity areas for our grandkids who are 5, 10, 12 and 14. Loved that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bikes were a great mode of transportation to and on the beach. Would gladly recommend this home to futures families planning a stay on Hilton Head Island.

    This was our first (but definitely not last) time renting 70 S Sea Pines Drive. The home was absolutely perfect for us - 8 adults, 5 kids (btw 3-10). The game room and bunk style bedroom were big hits with the kids, but if we are being honest the adults loved the game room too. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we could have needed. AC worked great. Beautiful views over the marsh and to Salty Dog - and close enough to salty dog for the bigger kids to ride their bikes over for ice cream. The pool was bigger than expected and sunny all day long. Even though the house looks exposed in the back there was Can’t say enough good things about this property. Would also highlight that it is currently managed by the Vacation Company which was great- they left a whole stack of towel, mini toiletries and even a few dishwasher & laundry pods. 4 adult bikes came with the house and then we got a credit to put towards other beach rentals (chairs, umbrella etc). Can’t wait to go back!
