Charming cottage located in the scenic Lyngsbæk Strand near Ebeltoft. This well-maintained 88 m2 house offers the perfect base for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms. One room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while the other room has a double bed. There is a functional bathroom and an additional toilet. In the large, open living room with high ceilings, you can enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well-maintained with everything you need, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and stove, making cooking a breeze. Outdoors, you can relax in the beautiful garden, which has direct access to the forest. From here, you can take a relaxing walk down to Molskroen, Femmøller Strand, Ishus, and cafés, which are about 800 meters away. Shopping is easy with a grocery store nearby, only about 400 meters from the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
