AGREABLE 38 m2 mobile home with a 32 m2 WOODEN TERRACE on a 212 m2 plot.
Located 3 km from Granville and 1 km from the sea at Saint-Pair-sur-Mer in the greenery of the Parc Résidentiel de Loisirs de l'Ecutot with a HEATED SWIMMING POOL accessible from early May to late September.
The park has a children's playground and games (table football, table tennis, pétanque).
There is a bakery and supermarket 500 m behind the park, as well as a launderette and pizzeria.

The accommodation is accessible throughout, but is not designed for people with reduced mobility.

The mobile home is an IRM Jasmin model:

+ Mosquito nets and blackout blinds in the bedrooms.

+ The lounge area has a large sofa, a television with 4G wifi connection and five board games for ages 4 to 10+.

+ The ground-level terrace has a garden table, eight garden chairs and a 3 x 4 m parasol.

+ There is an outside water point for your use when you return from the beach.

+ My accommodation is a non-smoking area, so please respect it as such.

+ Pets are not allowed.

Reservations must be made for a minimum stay of one week, from Saturday 4.00 pm to the following Saturday 11.00 am.

- Supplies: duvets and pillows provided. Please bring your own household linen and towels, as well as sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases.
- No smoking.
