7 Mi to Slopes! Mtn-View Silverthorne Resort Hub

Beautiful views great location.The property needs some love. Entry doors need fixed, needs a good deep cleaning. Sinks clogged had to get draining. No broom one of the dirtiest places we’ve stayed need some non stick pans

Liked the easy check in and access to skiing. Could use a little updating. Views were very nice.

The only issue we had was the property hadn’t been cleaned. We were told we could check in early but we had to leave for two hours so the guy could clean. After checking back in at 5pm the place was very tidy and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Good views with plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space.

We love the layout of the place. Those that want to stay up late can stay in basement, lower level which has a TV as well as a mini kitchen. Those that go to bed earlier can go to top floor (3 floors total) and we never hear those in basement. The kitchen has a lot of cookware and other dishes. There’s a nice gas grill as well. The place is clean and cute. There are also hiking trails nearby and a breathtaking view of mountains from the patio. Target is close by if you forgot something. This is a wonderful place and priced better than most! Added a pic of patio view!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was well stock with the things we needed. We enjoyed our stay there.

One of the king bedrooms does not have a window - this is legally not a bedroom based on building code. It's unsafe. The door to this room does not latch as the hardware is not properly installed. Several of the stair treads are loose causing a tripping hazard. The kitchen has no measuring spoons or cups, and only one small very scratched cutting board. Both sliding doors are difficult to latch and close properly. One was not even closed and locked when we first arrived. The bed linens were dirty. We found the linens for the murphy bed and started to put them on, only to find dark hair embedded in the sheet. Lastly, we found dirt, dust, hair, and even old candy on the floors. I would not have seen this except I tried to plug in a charger and went looking for an outlet behind one of the beds, only to find this disgusting mess. This place needs a thorough cleaning and much needed repairs.I will say that the host was responsive to questions before we arrived, and check-in went smoothly.

Property met our needs and very convenient for skiing resorts in Summit County.

The property was above Silverthorne. Once i figured out my navigation to and from the property, it was perfect. Nights were quiet. Some pluses include Super close to an easy hiking trail. Amazing morning and evening views of the sunrise and sunset. Aspens were changing right off the porch. . Minimalistic decor. Not fancy or over the top! Bring reading material and paper. Nothing in the house. Porch swing! Lots of outdoor space. Grill with lots of propane. Less than 20 minutes to Breckenridge. 5 min to Frisco Lake Dillon super close. I sleep so well in the lower level bedroom. Spa like showerhead in the bathroom lower level. Very Clean. Id recommend the spot if you want to get away and have a quiet space to come back to.
