7 Mi to Ski: Waterfront Townhome in Frisco!

We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary here and could not have chosen a more perfect place! We loved the location, the peaceful sound of the creek from the back patio and our bedroom, cozy evenings by the fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to enjoy our evenings dining in our own private place. This property is an absolute must! The stream behind the property is such a magnificent place to just sit and listen to nature. It really is a shame you only have 5 stars in your rating range. Absolutely a perfect place to just disappear for a few days and forget your troubles. We will definitely be back.

Cozy, comfortable and close to a handful of ski centers. Loved the kitchen and being able to cook meals for the family. Would definitely rent again.

We liked the location to Main Street and the sound of 10 Mile Creek just off the patio. We didn't like: 1. Sharing the fridge/freezer space with the owner's personal food 2. The owner utilized closet space in both bedrooms. Little to no space for our belongings. Had to live out of our suitcases. No closet space at all in second bedroom. 3. Kitchen and bath cabinets and some drawers were filled with owner's personal items. 4. Only one ceiling fan in the entire unit. Overall, we didn't feel like guests, but that we were intruding on the owner's space. Maybe other visitors wouldn't find these things as a problem. Very disappointed.

The place is very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The only negative was that there were a lot of new age type statues and artwork. This may not be an issue for many, but just a note. I do appreciate that Alan allowed us to remove the items during our stay. Thank you Alan! And I hope we got them all back in the right place for you! Overall it’s a great place.

This home is perfect walking distance from Main Street. The creek in the backyard was marvelous. The home is very clean and has everything you need.

Wonderful townhome a few blocks away from Frisco Main street. The house is very quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We picked the place for its kitchen which did not disappoint. It was very well-equipped and the owner left seasonings and all the basics (aluminum foil, baking paper, zip lock bags...) for renters to use. There is private parking immediately by the door and storage by the entrance for ski boots. Everything was very clean and in like new condition. Plenty of space for 4 people. Breckenridge and Keystone are only a short drive away, groceries are within a 5-minute drive. Highly recommended!

Very clean property in a quiet neighborhood right off Main Street of Frisco, CO. All amenities were available in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living area. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Situated between breathtaking mountains and beautiful stream in backyard. Easy walk to fantastic town for Frisco with bike and walking trails everywhere. 5 minute walk to a hike that climbs 12k+ peaks. Spotless Condo, nicely decorated and well equipped. 5 Stars +++
