Stayed Jul 24, 2025*Pool REQUIRED major maintenance **Our family had a comfortable stay in this spacious home, perfect for large groups, with a great dining table and large kitchen island that made meals and gatherings easy. The owner and property manager were responsive and respectful, quickly providing a new coffee maker, towel hangers, and sending an AC technician when needed. Early check-in was also accommodated, which we appreciated.We booked the pool for the kids, but when we arrived, water was murky, dirty, the walls were covered in black algae, tested unsafe. We called the owner right away and let him know we planned to bring in our own pool professional. Even the person delivering chlorine tablets on the owner’s behalf commented that the water didn’t look good. Our pool professional found the filter full of gunk and confirmed it hadn’t been properly maintained awhile - nearly five hours to scrub the algae, balance chemicals, and make it usable 2 days in - only able to enjoy it the second half of our stay. Owner allowed the service but did not offer to share the cleaning cost, though he assured us pool would be ready next time and the stove would be repaired.After our stay, I spoke with the owner by phone to share my feedback. He acknowledged my concerns, confirmed his pool service visits weekly, and explained he is new to managing this property and working with his property manager to improve future guest experiences. I suggest future renters confirm key details early!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Property was in good condition overall. The apliances did not work.properly. the cook top didnt work and the fridge barely kept things cold. We had to use a hot plate to cook for 10 guests.
