Stayed Mar 30, 2025Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location can’t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

Dan checked us in at the Court then he facilitated our move to Little Feet. Both places were amazing. We are already looking at dates for later this year. What a beautiful location...best vacation ever!!!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed parking our car for the duration of our stay and spending a couple of days walking and biking. The property is a cute, well-designed structure behind the main house. The complementary beach bag with towels and a bottle of wine were nice touches. The sticking exterior doors are in need of adjustment, but otherwise everything was in good condition and clean.

Reviewer Comments: Tucked in between East Ruskin and Seaside Avenue, it is accessible by footpath. It felt very private. It is perfect for a couple and well appointed. The bathroom and kitchen are small but updated. As always, Homeowners Collection is very accommodating.
