Host violates Vrbo Security Camera policy. There are several security cameras on the exterior of the property, which I understand. VRBO allows cameras for security purposes. However, when our group moved furniture from one building to another, we received a text from Leon saying that he saw us moving the furniture and that it was not allowed (rules posted on the refrigerator state that moving furniture IS allowed as long as it is moved back before checkout which we did). The entire group felt as if we were being watched and were very uncomfortable from that point on. In addition to the surveillance issue, the house in general is not in good condition. Items our group noted were: -The hot tub was inoperable. We contacted Leon but it was not resolved. -4/5 of the activities in the game room did not work. The arcade did not power on. Darts were missing or damaged. The Dance pole is barely attached to the ceiling. The foosball table was missing a handle. -Shower drains were very slow and water would back up. -Faucet handles in two different bathrooms were missing. The house is large and provides plenty of room for everyone to stay. The two separate apartments (one above the detached garage and one above the attached garage accessible from stairs on the deck) were great. If the house were properly maintained, it would be a great place to stay. Between the surveillance of the host and the condition of the house, I would not recommend staying here.

-Hot tub 1/3 full and can’t be used -Missing sheets and pillow cases for beds -Pool table lights don’t work so you can’t see to play -Pool table isn’t level -Room lights above pool table flicker -No darts for dartboard so can’t play -Vents all around house are extremely dirty -Chairs on patio missing legs due to rust and can’t be used -Oven is so dirty it smokes when you cook in it -No shampoo or conditioner -All gutters hanging on by a thread around house causing concern you may get hit by one if it falls -Neither steam shower works in bathrooms -Detached garage shower handle is loose -Comforter in detached unit has disgusting huge yellow stain on it -Lamp in detached garage bedroom is broken and can’t be used -Poker table with no poker chips so can’t be used -Can’t use stove in detached garage unit per rules of house for some reason -Little master bath shower drain is clogged Overall an over promised and way underdelivered stay. Would not stay here again unless drastic changes happen.

House was beautiful. Clean, plenty of parking and rooms. House was very roomy and comfy. Had a great time!

We stayed here with our family and friends for our wedding and it was honestly so perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone and the host was overly accommodating to our requests. Such a stunning house and great location!

This property lived up to the pictures and then some. Great location in a private neighborhood 10 minutes from the lake and stateline casinos. Came for a bachelor party and housed 15 people easily. I’d definitely recommend staying here for large groups in any setting.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin with our extended family visiting from another state. We started a tradition of taking a family trip after starting the initial one when our sister became ill with cancer. It was bittersweet without having her with us but helps us come together and enjoy each other. The place is enormous and able to accommodate a large group and is nearby multiple activities, shops, and attractions. The location was convenient, and amenities provided by the home was plenty for us.

This home is spectacular. If you have a large family's this is the best place in Tahoe

I booked this home for our family trip to Tahoe. The home was just as described! A beautiful, luxurious home with something for everyone. We had 9 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room. We used both garage apartments in addition to the main home. Just a note, while the apartments have kitchens, there’s a notice that you cannot use the stove. But the main kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook meals. They also had the basic staples and seasonings. We rarely went out to eat. My grandkids loved the party room, and so did their parents! The location is so close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The bike trails are a block away as are the bike rentals. Only minutes to the beaches and trails. A wonderful place to host a family vacation! Definitely recommend!

This house is perfect for a larger group looking to get the most of Tahoe! Cannot recommend it enough - the house is incredible, the location is fantastic, the amenities are amazing. Thank you, thank you!
