7 Bedrooms 4 Baths Gulf View,Pool, Easy Beach Access / Gulf Drive

We had a large group (16). The youngest was 4, six between the ages of 13-18, eight between 25- 49, and grandma came too. We had plenty of room for everyone and really enjoyed the place. I was calling it the Ocean Breeze bc of the color. Beach access is about 10 steps away so my toes were in the sand in a matter of minutes. This was nice for the teenagers to walk to the beach when they wanted and in a good neighborhood so we didnt have to worry about them. The house was clean and all the kitchen items you need to cook were avaliable including a grill outside. The pool was clean with some floats to start us out. Details There are 5 bed rooms with king beds and a double bunk bed room in the main house with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with a huge table, living room, and a balcony with seating room. The pool house has a queen size bed (I think), bathroom (including a shower), and the laundry room. Nice size pool with lounge chairs and regular chairs to relax. It was nice to see there was some beach accessories to use like a wagon, chairs, an tent, and toys so we didnt have to buy much. That was so handy for us. Needless to say, we will be keeping this on our saved list for the future when we come with a large group again. Rod was a great host and kept us well informed. He answered some questions I had before the trip and we communicated via text thereafter. You will not go wrong with renting this house or host! Highly recommend

We were amazed at how many people we could comfortably fit in this house! There were 13 of us. It would have been comfortable with about 2 more. At that point we would have had to sleep on sofas and on the floor. The bunk room was great for the 3 teenage boys. The 5 king size beds were great for all the couples we had. It is very hard to find king size beds in vacation homes. The 4 full baths were helpful with that many people. It would help to have a bed that 2 people can comfortably sleep in or 2 beds in the detached bedroom. Check in and check out were very easy and Rod was quick to respond anytime we called him. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome beach house for a group, and Rod had everything set up so as to streamline the process. Very easy & efficient. Loved the pool & beach!!!

We loved this house. Everything is very modern and it takes just seconds to walk to the beach. We easily slept 5 couples and had lots of room. Kitchen is awesome. Definitely recommend this house.
