The host was very welcoming and always available when I needed anything.

A beautiful home very clean pool and hot tub was a hit! Just a few minor things the bear bin was full so we had to drive to another home to leave our trash. The living room fireplace did not work and the patio door does not lock there is a stick we had to use and one of the microwaves dis not wok but there was another one that did but over all a fantastic home to stay and enjoy south lake tahoe.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The house was exactly as described and perfectly located.The elevator was absolutely crucial for our stay as we had two elderly family members in our party - it made all the difference for their comfort and mobility. The heated pool was also a huge hit, providing endless entertainment for both the kids and adults throughout our stay.Our host was exceptional - incredibly hospitable, responsive, and flexible with our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent a week in June with this lovely property as our homebase for ATV excursions, pontoon boating, hiking, beaching, and general sightseeing. This was our fourth year with all the family and this property was unanimously voted best so far! Key features, FUN level first floor with large, indoor heated pool, separate hot and large wet steam sauna with shower. It became a regular late day ritual for all the kids and teens to spend a few hours playing in the pool and then everyone would shower off in the wet sauna before heading upstairs for the evening. The theater room has single remote simplicity, and is pre-populated with all the major streaming services and was a huge hit! Hardwood floors throughout the major living areas took the fear of spilt drinks and dropped food off the table. Speaking of tables. The dining room table was more than large enough for all 13 of us to sit down and have meals together. All the beds are super comfy, and while there is no air conditioning (no houses in Tahoe,do) there are large opening, screened windows in every room and all the bedrooms have modern portable fans in the closets. By far the best equipped rental we have ever experienced! finally, Dennis, the owner was super friendly,responsive and accommodating! this property is truly a gem in the Tahoe area!

Overall our stay at this location was great! The house is roomy for everyone! The house needed some cleaning. Not sure if it was because not enough time for cleaning but it seemed like things were definitely missed. The kitchen area lack some needed items so we went out and bought some tea towels, and other essentials. Other than that, we loved are stay and would stay here again.

We rented this house for our annual family reunion, Very spacious, many bathrooms and rooms, our teenagers loved the movie theater, large kitchen with the basics to cook, plenty of places to sit to eat, many stairs, a little tired when you don't have condition or for the elderly, has an elevator, large pool with clean water, I would have liked the jacuzzi to be inside, the house is clean I think those who clean can put a little more attention to small details; communication with the owner is fabulous he explains in detail everything you occupy to know, with patience, quickly responds, we hope to return soon

We recently stayed at this property in Tahoe and were quite disappointed with our experience. One of the main reasons we chose this house was the advertised indoor heated pool, and sauna but to our surprise, neither was not heated during our stay. This was extremely frustrating as it was a key feature we were looking forward to. Additionally, several thermostats in the house were not working initially, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature in some areas. Although the issue was eventually resolved by changing the batteries, this was another inconvenience we hadn't anticipated. Overall, the lack of a functioning heated pool and the thermostat issues overshadowed our stay. It felt like the property wasn’t properly maintained to meet the expectations set by the listing. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Perfect size to accommodate family and friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. Adult could socialize without being crowded, and there was a theater room a d pool to keep the kids entertained.

We really enjoyed the stay. the 'steam room' was not functional.

Overall good - needs Maintenace - many things needed repair.. Not ADA compliant.

The house was big enough for our family reunion. It had plenty of gathering spaces, inside and out, a great kitchen with everything you'd need, and seven fantastic bedrooms with bathrooms attached. The indoor pool was perfect for anyone but mostly the children used it -- just one more thing to do at the house! If we weren't at the house, Pope Beach is 10 minutes away with convenient parking which was a big deal since we had lots of little ones and the water itself is steps away from the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in communicating with Dennis. He was prompt, thorough, and clear which made for a smooth renting experience. I rent every summer for our big group from various homes and Dennis has provided the easiest line of communication. I didn't have many questions and there were no issues while staying at his place, but it was nice knowing he'd be available if anything did pop up. I highly recommend this home. I look forward to staying again sometime very soon! The amenities themselves are worth the stay, the roominess is awesome, and the location is fantastic.

This is an amazing location for exploring south Tahoe. There are trails everywhere, even right from the house. It is a large house and well set up for large groups: lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and a nice big dining room table. This rental has tons of potential but seems to be falling in disrepair. For instance, their blinds have been breaking and they seem to have decided to just *remove* the broken ones and not replace them. This, plus the fact that they do not have fans for every bedroom means the house *cooks* when there is any sort of heatwave. No A/C, which I get given that it is usually temperate in this area. But being unwilling to purchase enough fans for every bedroom and the living room is a little uncool.

I sent pictures to owners about the conditions I was dissatisfied with. Owner advised us not to put anything larger than a grain of rice in sink garbage disposal. Icemaker was frozen solid and remained inoperable during6-day stay. Decks were covered with forest debris. Deck chairs expelled rust colored water onto pants.Fireplace pilot light was left on resulting in hot glass. Overall cleanliness was lacking. No fans in each room as promised. Some had broken base. MB room lamp broken. Window screens were torn or separating,

Dealing with the owner Dennis was a breeze. We spoke on the phone prior to check-in to run through the home. He was very professional and was there to help with anything we needed. The property was perfect and suited us well. I highly recommend it!
