7 Acre Estate, Arcade, Pool Table, Gourmet Kitchen, Grill, Spa +5mins to Beach – The Glenwood

Beautiful home& location. Very disappointed with amenities. The fully stocked kitchen was NOT. The baking sheets should be thrown away & one small nonstick skillet as well, encrusted & dirty. New baking sheets & pots & pans a must! Not much in kitchen cabinets. The pillows were horrible, stained, dirty & smashed! (Horrible) Need replacing ASAP! The furniture was a bit peculiar, couches & beds are very very close to ground!! Like 1’ -1’1/2 maybe. Stove needs replacing & refrigerator in garage handle is broke. The best part was the vast backyard for our grandchildren to play in snow. Sorry for bad review but for the price of rental, these things should be addressed!

Kitchen was well equipped except no hot pads and no dish drainer. All the furniture was comfortable. The bbq grill was clean but they could use a grill scraper. They could also use some kid friendly dishes, glasses and silverware.

House was not well equipped in Kitchen with paper goods and other basics. Beds were not particularly comfortable.4 night rate was very expensive given overall amenities and the homes condition.We were planning on a few adult family meals to celebrate reunion and father's 100th birthday but were told two days before our arrival by the management company (VR Branch) that no more than 12 guests including meals could be at the home at one time. This was new news and rather disappointing.

Great place. Kitchen was wonderful. Lots of room and easy to cook and serve. The bedrooms were great. Very spacious. Nice large back yard. There were only a few chairs to sit on outside and they were very uncomfortable. Also could use more dinnerware. A lot of people stay in big groups and not enough dinnerware to go around.

Beautiful home wasted on terrible management. When we arrived at the home no kitchen appliance was working. The freezer wouldn't keep our ice cold, the stove/oven didn't work & the microwave wouldn't open. I messaged management multiple times, each time they sent an automated message we are connecting with their ground crew. I finally got ahold of someone over the phone who said they're sending maintenance out asap. When we arrived back to the house that evening, nothing had been fixed. I called management trying to get answers and they HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back multiple times and they IGNORED my calls. I then called from a friends phone to see if they were just ignoring my phone number and sure enough I got ahold of them then. They told me they had sent someone out and there was nothing wrong with the appliances...... We couldn't use the kitchen for 3 out of the 4 days of our stay. They refused to compensate us or make the situation right. It's been a week since our stay, we have been trying to get ahold of management to get some kind of resolution or apology and they will not get back to us. So I have no choice but to leave a review and warn everyone about the issues of this home. In addition, there were not enough plates/bowls to accommodate 12 guests. The pillows were absolutely terrible, completely flat/hard. 2 tiny twin sized flat pillows on king beds, how pathetic for how much they charge! Lipstick marks on wine glasses ew! I will not be back.

We had a great time staying at 7 Acre Estate.The setting was great! There was plenty of room for all of us (10) to be together or to spread out inside the house or out back on the deck and yard. Everyone loved it!

Great location. Home has amazing space and comfort. Will definitely return.

Our family stayed in this gorgeous home for the 4th of July weekend. I found that the listing online has a different occupancy than what is listed on the front door of the home, so I encourage the property manager to update. I agree with others that the location is great. There are not enough towels and linens for the size of the home, and I knew we would need to provide our own toilet paper and paper towels based on other reviews. The beds were comfortable and the property was beautiful. our family felt comfortable and was able to spread out. The Garage access was nice. Would love to stay again.

Great house, plenty of space, big backyard, good location. I found that the space was large but did not really have enough to accommodate large groups even though the listing says it can. Only 8 beds and not enough things like towels, blankets, dishes/utensils.

Pictures are accurate to what the house looks like. We would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay again on future travels.

A family of 12 stayed. Cabin is absolutely stunning! Property is gorgeous. They had a pack n play and high chair which worked out great for us. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much

The home and property were stunning! Perfect for our party of 10 (five couples, each got their own room). Large kitchen and living space was perfect. Large garage and long driveway comfortably fit our five vehicles. Communication with BranchVR was easy, they always responded very quickly. WiFi went down during our stay, we simply called the number provided and our problem was resolved in 10 mins. House had basic necessities provided. Would stay here again in the future!

The hoome smelled very musty.i immediately opened windows to try and freshen things up. The following morning, when putting things in the dishwasher, i saw that stagnant water had been left standing in the bottom. I'm guessing that's why it smelled. The dishwasher does work, but always water left standing in the bottom. Firtunatelt, no leaks. I did report

Perfect house!! Roomy clean and looking out the back windows felt like you were in the middle of forest! Very one had a wonderful vacation

Had a group of 11 guys who 8 have been friends for over 35 years and we are in our early 40’s We relaxed and enjoyed catching up at this beautiful house!

Great location! Feels like you are in the forest. Big backyard to let the kids play in. Loved the jacuzzi. There are actually laundry rooms upstairs AND downstairs. Comfortable beds. We all loved the pool table and the kids loved the arcades! Refrigerator a little small for 12 but there is a refrigerator/freezer in the garage. Ice machine worked very well! Very accommodating host! We would stay again!

This house was beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 11 adults. It was the perfect location with easy access to heavenly village and the beach. The entire process from booking the house to check out went smoothly. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The game room was a great addition and used often during our stay. I would highly recommend!

Our 3 families, totalling 11 people felt very comfortable in this spacious home. Close to many activities, many amenities in the home and veyer clean. We will be back!

Very large property that can accommodate a few families who would like to stay together. Close to main areas but still feel out of the busy parts and can escape to quiet.
