RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

    Renter both units for a group of 10 adults and the place did not disappoint. Spacious living space, stocked bathrooms, clean bedrooms. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the WiFi. The house met our bourbon trail expectations and was in a prime location to the interstate but also 10 minute uber from whiskey row. Would definitely return :)

    House was mostly as pictured -living room smaller than it looked in pictures. Would have liked more kitchen towels and dishcloths instead of a sponge (personal preference). Owners were very quick to address slow draining in upstairs shower!

    This is the third time we have rented this property, and there is a good reason we keep coming back. The home is so clean and well stocked that it feels like you’re in your own home. The check-in and rental process are smooth and efficient and Brandon is very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood for the home is wonderful with local coffee shops and restaurants just walking distance away!

    Our group of 8 stayed at the property for 4 nights. It had plenty of room for all of us. It was near a nice variety of restaurants and we were able to walk to several for meals. It was also nicely located for the areas we visited while in the city.

    Renting both of these units together made this trip seemless. It was close to downtown, but just far enough to be in a nice neighborhood. Close to a few of the more popular areas like NULU. It was very nice that both units could be connected if you wished with an interior back stairwell. Great property and nicely updated.

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful property in Louisville! This spacious home, featuring six bedrooms and three baths, comfortably accommodated our entire group. Each room was well-appointed and offered a cozy retreat after our busy days exploring the city. One of the standout features of this home is its proximity to downtown Louisville. We were just a short distance away from all the major attractions, including the vibrant local restaurants, bars, and cultural sites. It made our stay incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily immerse ourselves in the city's charm and energy. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
