Comfortable and clean in a convenient location in Bolton landings. Fenced in yard a nice amenity. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location in town. House is perfect for large group - fire pit, grill, well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Recommend.

Larry’s property was perfect for our group. The location was awesome and allowed us to enjoy everything the Lake and Bolton Landing area had to offer. Larry was very responsive before and during our trip as needed and the house was very clean. The house was also well stocked with all of your basically essentials as well as a few other items you typically would not expect to have at similar rental properties. They even had bowls and toys for our dog waiting. We will definitely be looking to book a stay at the Blue Belle again!

Blue Belle was even better than the description and pictures! Tons of space for nine adults and teens. Location is amazing and the owner was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

We are 3 sets of sisters that meet in NY while our husbands go fishing. We travel to different parts of NY! Larry’s place was one of our favorites! It was clean and had 6 comfortable beds and had plenty of room. So close to the shops. Larry was a great host and very easy to contact. Highly recommend!

We booked this property for a group of friends to celebrate a friends Birthday! It exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious and immaculate, amenities were plentiful. The host checked in many times in advance to ensure we had everything we needed! To say it is a short walk to everything in Bolton is an understatement…it literally is a 50 foot walk to Bolton! This property is wonderful for friends or families who want to experience Bolton Landing & Lake George! We will spread the word on this one! Thank you to a wonderful host!

Our family stay was an enjoyable one.This was our first trip to Lake George. The Blue Belle fit our family needs and the location was good. Our host Larry was awesome. He was very helpful and instrumental with assisting us with things to do and places to go.

This property is exactly as described in the listing. I don’t think a map does the location justice it is literally that close to town for restaurants, shopping and walking to the lake. Even though we were close to town noise was no issue at any time. Communication was great as well.

Our stay at Blue Belle was fantastic! The house was lovely and clean. The location was ideal, and Larry was a wonderful host with excellent communication. Highly recommend staying here! If we come back, this is where we would stay!

The house was terrific! Close to everything, private fenced in yard worked great for our young children to safely play. Host was so very helpful!

Location was perfect, short walking distance to the beaches and anything in town. The front porch ended up being a great spot to hangout while raining. Ended up having laundry too which was helpful! Thank you!

Booked this stay for an annual friends get together - three families with 2 dogs and kids aged from 2 to 9. The walk ability was great. Fenced in yard was perfect for worry free play with kids and dogs. I would absolutely go back.

This is our second stay at this house - since our last visit they have added a family/dining room area giving us an indoor gathering space which was great! The location is perfect - the kids can walk to either beach, the shops, get ice cream, or just go for a walk giving everyone flexibility to enjoy our time together or go out if they want. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The house was perfect! Steps from town, walked everyday. Host stayed in touch the entire process. Had a special weekend with my family! Would stay there again and again. Loved the screened in porch.
