Must be requested at least 5 days before check-in. The pool and spa share the same heating circuit and will reach the same temperature. This is a spa feature, not a standalone hot tub, and temperature is not independently controlled.

Resort amenities: guests have access to on-site restaurants. THE CLUBHOUSE AND RESORT AMENITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE WITH THIS RENTAL.
No events or parties. This is a residential community with a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in penalties.
Parking: Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Trash: bag and tie trash (max 30 lbs / 14 kg per bag) and place on the side of the house. Flatten cardboard boxes. Do not wheel bins to the curb — valet trash handles pickup.
Package deliveries: contact the host office for delivery instructions before ordering.
