Had the best time with our family of 5, and my Sister and her family of 4! Lots of room for everyone!! They were gracious to allow our pups too which made the stay easy to book and take them with us! It’s easy beach access and beautiful ocean views from the top floor deck. We would absolutely book this again! Jose and Jennifer were awesome hosts!! Thank you for everything!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the BEST time in this home. The boardwalk to the beach was fantastic. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our crew of 12 adults. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Host were prompt and responded quickly. There was issue with hotwater in bathroom. we were able to work around. Hope it gets checked out for next guests.

We had a great experience. Parents, kids and grandkids. Sleeping arrangements were great! Loved the porch and hot tub! Close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of activities close by! Even got to walk the OBX Gobbler 5k with kids and grandkids!!

Jose and Jennifer were awesome hosts! The communication was superb and the house was spectacular. The house had easy private access to the beach. The boardwalk was literally right next to the house.

We had a great weekend at Jose & Jennifer’s beach house in Nags Head! I have always enjoyed coming to the beach in the OBX. This trip felt more special from the modern house feel to the peaceful neighborhood and location. The house is spacious for all your guests, has a beautiful design to it all, and had great amenities. There were bikes and beach chairs included which was wonderful. Lastly, the hosts communication was excellent. It was quick, precise, and very polite. If I came to OBX soon, I would surely look into renting this house again to make more wonderful memories.

This was a remarkably well equipped, clean, modern accommodation. We were very impressed with the attention to detail of the hosts. Multiple means to make coffee, modern, high end appliances, anything you’d need thoughtfully available to include bicycles and BBQ tools. I have not found a better value for money in any accommodation before this. Absolutely recommended! Jennifer and Jose were great hosts who were super responsive throughout. This place set the standard for us for OBX and likely spoilt us for good…

Very Clean! Beautiful, well-kept home that has a lot of nice accommodations. I have 5 younger children and it worked out great for them with the bunk room. Highly recommend!

Jennifer and Jose’s place was beautiful, and everything was perfect for a large group. The beach was so accessible and Jennifer and Jose were great hosts, perfect amount of communication and best helpful and responsive!

Nice clean and spacious home..

It was an ideal location for walking to the beach! We did not have to go out into any major roads which is a huge bonus. The beach here was never crowded. The pool was so clean and relaxing. The deck space was very enjoyable mornings and evenings too.

Myself and ten other 30 year old guys stayed at this beautiful place for 3 night and 4 days! We enjoyed the amenities the place had like the pool and hot tub! It was more than spacious for all of us to stay at comfortably. Would recommend to anyone with large groups of friends who want a more private feel to their beach trip. The walk to the beach was short and the beach for the most part was pretty empty which we enjoyed. The host was awesome and very responsive! Will be back to stay here again in the future.

We had a large family vacation at the sea captains house and it was a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Short walk to a private beach. Anything one could possibly need was available(private pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas to name a few). Our hosts Jose and Jennifer were very responsive. A memorable time was had by all.

The sea captain‘s house was a five star experience! Absolutely beautiful, well supplied, and more than enough room for our family! We loved being just a short walk from the beach, and our own pool and hot tub! Everything was beautiful, clean, and relaxing here!

Great proximity to beach, outdoor shower, comfortable furniture and beds, nice kitchen. Property owners were communicative and responsive. Heads up, heating the pool is extra.

Jennifer & Jose are excellent host! The house is very well maintained, completely stocked with everything you could imagine and it's in a great location. If you're coming to Nag's head for a stay and reading my review, I would say look no further and jump on this one before it gets away.

Property is consistent with listing. Met our group needs. All 4 couples enjoyed their Own private full restroom. The location is less than 10 minutes from everything you want to do from sightseeing, to restaurants, to grocery, and to shopping - not to mention the short boardwalk down to the beach!

The location was perfect the home has everything that we needed and the host Jose was quick to replace some frying pans. The pictures are accurate the view is great. My grandchildren enjoyed the arcade. We made meals every night kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would recommend the Captain’s House

We had a great time at The Sea Captains House! The space was very accommodating for our group of 7, with comfortable beds and all the necessities for an easy going stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and patio space, large windows with great views and natural light, and the access/closeness to the beach. Everything else was perfect.

What a gem! You cannot beat the location to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and activities is perfect. The house was very clean, and fully stocked, really just pack your clothes and go. Kitchen even had mallets and crab crackers, perfect for our low country boil. Lots of outside seating, and a huge family table, made enjoying the deck one of our favorite things. Perfect for large families with lots of items for smaller kids if needed. We felt perfectly at home there. Hosts were extremely responsive and check in/out was a breeze.

This home was excellent and as advertised. Nestled in a private neighborhood, but less than a mile from the grocery stores, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need for a a great week, the location is superb.

This is a great home located in a community with a nice beach and quick access to many options for recreation, restaurants and shopping. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. The guest guide provided is full of tips so you will never get bored with so many options on things to do, places to eat and how to take most advantage of the home. Our family and friends trip was enjoyed by 8 adults and 4 children ages 1-8.

This was a great house for our extended family beach vacation! Being able to walk up from the beach in a few minutes was a big plus! The house is extremely comfortable and Jose is easily accessible for any problems.
