Stayed Aug 30, 2025We had a great time in Cleveland enjoyed both the zoo and a baseball game. The home is spacious and true to listing. Could use a deep clean and some Tlcc, the gas grill is not in good condition. Nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay though.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Comfortable rehabbed house in a diverse neighborhood of Cleveland. Close to Wade Circle and the museums. Easy access to interstate via Roosevelt Park.A couple of minor suggestions - have a place in showers to place soap, etc., and add a couple of larger heat proof bowls for food prep and serving.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Front stairs needed repair neighborhood was a little awkward. Otherwise house was very nice inside and accommodated everyone and was very clean.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Had a 33rd reunion with some old college friends. The house was great for us! We had plenty of room for the group to sleep and the kitchen was big enough for us to provide food and eat at a large table and catch up on old times. My friends came from out of town and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Thank you again!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024After looking for homes for a large group for a family reuinon / Christmas celebration - i came across this home by university circle. Could not ask for a better location or accommodations. Cleanliess , Communciation, and Amenities were top tier. Historic home that is newly renovated, giving the cleveland experience with brand new appliances, furniture and finishes. Could not ask for a better home for this gathering. One of the best guest homes i have stayed in

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We had an amazing time and this house was perfect! We had granddad and grandma, grown kids (in their 40's) and 3 grandkids in their teens. Every couple and every grandkid had their own room. It was so nice. The house was clean and located near everything we wanted to do. The hosts were excellent! They responded quickly to all the questions we had and made our stay so, so easy! Thank you!!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024I realize that my experience with this house was beyond the control of the homeowner, but it in relation to the location… the house was great for us, clean & spacious, but while we were there there was lots of gunshots at night as hood is just a few blocks away & 2 people were killed. We tried to check into our next place a night early & we’re willing to double pay for the night in this location & the next if needed. It was booked so we stayed. It wasn’t to the point of relocating to a better area in Cleveland, but we were willing to move onto our next town in our road trip early. Also, the street is the path for the ambulances to get to the hospital, sometimes lights flashing & sometimes sirens on, no matter the hour. There were 8 of us staying in the home, there’s plenty of space & the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. It is basically a 4 story home with one bathroom on each floor. Our boys were on the 3rd floor. My parents, our girls & us were in 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is the communal living area, kitchen & living room. The basement is only partially furnished, with a couch, bathroom & the laundry room. We used it for the bathroom & the laundry. While we were there we enjoyed the farmers market & the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I would suggest a visit to anyone who likes music. If we were coming to Cleveland we would not stay at this home again due to the location. The house itself is great, just too close to a bad area.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024A team of 10 60 plus volleyball players, 1 with wife had an excellent stay here. We bbq'd and cooked and slept well. Fresh, ckean place with lots of parking. Oh, before I forget, we took the gold home from the senior PanAm games for volleyball

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We had an excellent time at this place. There was plenty of space for our large family that arrived from all over the country. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect for us to be together or to break out into separate spaces. The house was clean and welcoming and we had great communication from the hosts. The house was also very close to downtown and the different attractions we visited. I would definitely recommend this house and would look to stay here again.

Stayed May 31, 2024Very clean and good set up for lots of people to stay comfortably! One complaint is the outside furniture was very dirty, front porch as well as back yard. Needed to be scrubbed as well as the barbecue was unusable, very dirty and I didn’t want to clean that. Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the kids to throw a ball in the yard.
