Stayed Jan 31, 2026The place was beautiful. No Internet 1st day. But host was very responsive & was fixed by am. No TV in one of the bedrooms. TV was there but no hookups. Cookware out dated. Some need replacing. But overall, wonderful!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025The host was easily accessible when we had questions about accessing the amenities. I paid an additional fee for heating the pool and to use the Bbq grill. Before paying this fee, I confirmed that the pool and hot tub would be warmed on our arrival but it was cold. The temperature in Orlando was from the low 50’s to the high 70 during our stay and the pool and hot tub never reached above 80 degrees. I called the host to report the issue, and he had maintenance come to check. Nothing was fixed and said it was working properly. The heating unit next door showed their pool actually warming to high 80’s with steam coming up in the mornings. The hot tub also never got warm. I contacted the host again about this issue and nothing was done. I asked the host to refund my additional fees at the least since we were not able to use the pool/hot tub and nothing happened. This created a huge problem since we planned our whole trip around having a pool and hot tub on our property.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025I paid for a heated pool 90 but didn’t receive it. The bathroom showers should have a hose sprayer because the water pressure is not very good. The sliding glass door tracks were very dirty and needs to be vacuumed out. If these things were done, then my stay would have been great.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025This house was amazing, when me and my family walk threw the door we was so in love with everything, even when driving to the house every thing just make you feel like home, Me and my family enjoyed the pool, the beds just hugs you like a pillow. The house was very clean, We really enjoyed our stay. My son forgot his phone and the host called us right away. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will book again when we come back to visit.
