Stayed Dec 29, 2023The house was great and our group of 9 people (ranging in age from 9-95 y.o.) all had an amazing time! Management group had excellent communication and checked in with us before, during, and after our visit. First impression from the outside is that the house is small but because of its shotgun type layout, it was actually very spacious once you get inside. It was roomy with lots of space for us to spread out. We used the family room and kitchen the most plus the round table in the front living room. That round table was perfect for our game nights and we could leave things out on that table the whole time and still have the large dining room next to kitchen for meals! We paid extra for the pool/spa to be heated and the kids used it every day. There were a couple maintenance issues (typical stuff of rental properties) but the company was very responsive when we reached out. My dog enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Small easy to get around neighborhood that looked to be about 50% rentals and 50% primary residents. Club house and community playground was like a 5 minute walk away which would be great with younger kids too. Publix grocery was less than 10 minute drive away. Only downsides were that all the bedrooms were upstairs so was hard for elderly to climb stairs and that we wished we were closer to Disney and Universal. With holiday traffic, it took us over 40 minutes to get to Disney Springs and almost an hour to get to Universal.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023This house is very spacious and gives everyone their own space. The pool area was amazing and the kids and adults enjoyed it. There were a few things that we needed assistance with during our stay and the managers response time was amazing. Things got handled very quickly which was much appreciated.

Stayed Apr 16, 2023We just spent 11 days in this home with my mother-in-law and some friends. The house has great space and great furniture for hanging out together. Pool heat was perfect as we spent most of our time in it. We would definitely book this home again.

Stayed Feb 25, 2023We had a wonderful time staying here with our kids and grandkids. The house is gorgeous and just as advertised. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the spaciousness of the pool area, and game room. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed for dining, there were beach towels available as well as an entire closet of clean bath towels, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the house was comfortable. The management was attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood (Watersong) is a beautiful community, with tree-lined sidewalks and lots of beautiful foliage. The clubhouse has further amenities, and some of our group enjoyed using the fitness room. Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. I highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Second time we have used you and we are already looking to book again for some time next year. Everything about this house has been amazing, the decor, the cleanliness, the location and your customer service. Will not go anywhere else from now on
