The house was very big with a great home theater setup. We loved the location and the amenities. The owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with getting the sound working in the home theater.

Overall the Edradour Estate was an incredible experience. All of our guests were very impressed with the layoutamount of space we all had (13 adults). The property was truly amazing!! The Canal was running & it was so tranquil sitting out back listening to the water & at night by the firepit! Walking trials to waterfalls were an added plus!I did have some initial concerns with cleaning that had to be addressed but I made 1 call and they were out the very next morning to rectify. Not only our guests, but our family that live in Bend were so impressed that they will be referring friends & family!Thank you Bud for an incredible experience for our home away from home for all our guests during our daughter's wedding celebration.

This house was great for our family group of 11 adults and two children. It was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, and well equipped with all of the amenities described in the listing. The beautiful backyard area overlooks an offshoot of the river. (Note that this is an irrigation canal that is closed off after October; but it looks so natural and beautiful that I wouldn’t have known without asking out friendly host). Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the movie room and the whirlpool bath, as well as the nearby playground. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay but our host addressed it immediately. He was friendly and charming. I would stay here again.

This home is located on a private secluded property with an outstanding view and sounds of the canal. A nice walking area right behind it was great to explore. The owner lives next door and is a really nice guy. The theatre room a great environment to chill. The home definitely had a few things that needed fixed/updated. A lamp was visible barely hanging together in the living room. A kitchen cupboard handle was broken off. The queen bedroom blinds were not on and we had to rig it with a sheet the first night, until we happened to bump into the owner who said the curtain was in the closet from the previous group that stayed before us, which we had to put up. Powder room toilet paper hanger was barely hanging which made the toilet paper fall off constantly. And last little fix needed is the cleaning underneath furniture and In the kitchen. Floors were dirty with ping pong balls, hair ties, battle ship pieces, food, and other random items. I also had to reach out requesting 1hr before check in for the code/check in, information which I've never had to do for other rentals. If those things were all improved/fixed I would rate it 5 star.

The bedrooms are all very large and the outdoor space is great. We were very happy with all aspects of what the house had to offer. Theatre was a huge attraction for the kids and allowed the adults to relax more. A few fixtures need some TLC (towel racks, handles, table legs, etc. were wobbly or hanging. Didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall the house was clean and comfortable but there wasn’t a lot of attention to detail in the cleaning. Under beds and behind couches had items left behind. One bedroom had a diaper from previous party. Our clothes had white dog hair on it from laying on the carpet. Extra blankets in the closet needed be washed by us first before using. If the cleaning fee weren’t so large, then it wouldn’t be an issue. But for the price of cleaning you’d like for there to be a little more than surface cleaning. All that said, it was visually clean, beds were clean and comfy, kitchen and bathrooms were clean and would likely stay here again if cleaning fee were lowered or just cleaning process was improved. Owner was very helpful and kind and surely would address any concern during your stay.

Awesome house. Would stay there again. Held a work meeting there with employees. Theater room gets warm and had no control to turn AC down. 9.9 out of 10 for me.

The house was clean and very welcoming. There were 12 of us all together and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of fluffy white towels and if each one of us wanted to cuddle up with a throw blanket there were enough. The theater room was a big bonus the teenage boys enjoyed. The canals on either side of the house are seasonal and are dry in the winter. I would absolutely stay here again.
