Stayed May 16, 2025Water was turned off due to not paying the water bill, took 24 hours till it was resolvedAC quite working (remind you this was in the summer) 36 hours before a tech came out to fix.

Stayed May 2, 20245 days before our trip my other rental cancelled for no apparent reason so I was in a pinch to find a place. Graduation weekend at a major university have me limited options. First thing was curb appeal. The neighborhood was good but this is the eye sore on the block. The lawn hadn't been mowed and there was garbage on the porch. The inside was dirty. Counters needed wiped down, toilets and bathtubs cleaned, the sheets didn't look fresh at all. I reached out to the host and it was like I got a automated response. Hope you're settling into your trip. If you need anything let us know. Never a direct response to my complaint or an apology. If we had another option we would have left immediately and found somewhere else to stay. I hope the next person that stays here doesn't have the same problem.
