Location, Location, Location. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is just steps away from Marco Island's gorgeous South Beach. Once you arrive, park the car and get a sense of just how close you are to everything. An easy walk of 5 minutes or less will take you to the island's best restaurants, the public access to South Beach, mini golf, and fantastic shopping.

Upon entry, appreciate the recent updates including new interior lighting, fresh paint, updated kitchen, new flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living area, new epoxy coating in the garage, new upscale beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart and much, much more. The kitchen is airy with a welcoming view of the pool and main living space. There is a breakfast bar and open dining room. The master bedroom boasts an elegant king-size bed, matching chest, dresser and end tables. In the master bedroom, there is also a small sleeper sofa for small kids. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom which includes new wallpaper, vanity and nautical lighting features. Situated on the opposite side of the home is the guest bedroom which enjoys a Queen-size bed. This cozy room also enjoys direct access to the lanai and pool. A full bath with tub/shower is just up the hall for your convenience along with additional closet space. Move the fun outside and take a dip in the heated pool or lounge in the sun with the latest bestseller. The lanai also offers outside dining and a gas grill for the perfect steak. Come take in all the beauty and tranquility that Marco Island has to offer in this lovely home! Newly updated AC system and all new vents/ducting.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    House was perfect for our group of four. It was in a great location close to restaurants and beach access was about a 3 min walk.Loved having the pool at the house for the mornings or after beach time.House was well stocked with everything you need and was very clean and well decorated.No issues with ants or roaches which was mentioned in a previous review. We did not see one bug in the house all week. Would highly recommend this property and will look to stay here again if we travel to Marco Island in the future!!!

    Absolutely horrifying experience. The house was infested with ants crawling all over the bathroom, live roaches inside the blinds, and lizards moving around inside the walls. The fact that the bugs were alive makes it obvious that no extermination had been done. There was visible water damage, which likely contributed to the infestation.Even worse—there was urine and blood on the sheets, clearly showing the property wasn’t cleaned at all before being rented. When this was brought up, the property manager was rude, unprofessional, and insisted the home was in good condition. Initially, she agreed to issue a refund, then turned around and lied to Vrbo, claiming she never said that—on a recorded call.If you’re into biting ants, cockroaches as roommates, and sleeping on urine- and blood-stained sheets, then this is the perfect vacation rental. Otherwise, run for it.

    We loved the location of this home! So close to all the things we enjoy on Marco Island. The home is very comfortable and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed everyday! The beach wagon with chairs was a bonus! We would definitely book this home again!

    Home was as expected, but location was better than we thought when going to the beach, a very quick walk through the back yard. Great beach equipment, especially the wagon. Only wish would have been to have some pool cleaning equipment. There wasn't a skimmer net or pool vac and no pool service when we were there. Previous renters have left a bit of sand in the bottom. Other than this, the pool was great!

    We loved everything about the house. Beach was only 5mins away, restaurants 2mins away, 7/11 and gas station right on the corner. We loved there was a beach wagon so kids were enjoying their trip to the beach and back. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler! The only negative thing was the floor by the pool, it was very slippery, my 2 years old fell down and my husband almost fell down even he had his slides on. Otherwise we were happy with everything and would definitely stay there again!!! Thank you!

    We LOVE this place! The price is right and the location is unsurpassed on the island. We were within walking distance of one of only a few public beach entrances and the best restaurant on Marco Island, send me bistro. The house is a perfect size for a small family or a couple traveling sans kids (like us) and having the pool with a screened lanai is an ideal setup! We will moat definitely book this property again!

    While we missed being on water this time it was great being so close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was great for smaller kids and a quick cool down. Kitchen was well stocked. The house had cute decor. Great supply of beach chairs and wagon was a plus!

    The house was very clean when we arrived. All of the amenities needed for the 7 days we stayed were there. Pool was amazing. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat for the whole family. Highly reccomend this house! Hope to come back again!
