Our experience was far from satisfactory due to a series of issues that we encountered during our stay. First and foremost, the presence of bugs on the counters that infiltrated our food was deeply disappointing and unsanitary. This issue significantly impacted our overall comfort and enjoyment during our stay. Additionally, we noticed a broken mop in the property, which rendered us unable to maintain cleanliness during our stay. To exacerbate matters, there was no soap provided for floor cleaning, making it difficult for us to maintain a clean living environment. Our attempts to communicate with the host owner were met with considerable difficulty. Effective communication is crucial for addressing any issues that may arise during a stay, and this was lacking during our experience. Moreover, we were disappointed to learn that there was restricted access to the Pool club due to issues related to the owner not paying the necessary fees. This amenity was a significant selling point for us when booking, and its inaccessibility was a letdown. Additionally, the door code provided to us was not functional, creating unnecessary frustration when trying to access the property. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly,there was ongoing construction all around us that disrupted our sleep every morning, making it impossible to enjoy the vacation we had envisioned. This construction was not mentioned or disclosed prior to our stay,and had we been aware of it,we wouldnt choose this property

We enjoyed our time here. The house set up was perfect for us! We are glad we paid extra for heat in the pool. We just wish it was a little more private. You are very close to the neighbors. We did appreciate the green screen to block the view though :)

The major items were all decent but the little things were disappointing. Sheets-pillows were as low as quality as you can get. One toilet didn’t work and one paddle was missing from the air hockey and darts were bent to much to use. They finally got us a paddle but no darts and never fixed the toilet even though we asked a couple times. What looks like a hot tub in the pictures is a tub with jets at the same temp as the pool so don’t be misled. If you stay for long you are responsible for extra toilet paper-paper towels-garbage bags etc. Could be a great place if they would do the little things that are actually big things.

The property was overall nice, cleaned, and as described. We loved the decor of the minion, Harry Potter, and Mickey Mouse bedrooms. Had a couple of issues during our stay, left multiple messages and called multiple times but my message, emails, and calls were never returned.

This property was everything. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had to drive to the amenities which was a short drive. I'd stay here again.

Overall this stay was great. Large rooms especially when travel with a large group of family members. Since the location is still under construction there was only one entry and exit which wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. It was clean and we had all the basics needed to enjoy our stay.
