Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Easy walk to ocean in 5-7 minutes, or bike it in less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Just outside the back door with beautiful and view of Sprunt Pond. Now beautifully fenced and landscaped for your safety and enjoyment. Electric heat is economical, and cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

It was just the right size for us to host our adult children and their significant others. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.     This home was excellent. Spacious, and very well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and even ziplock bags. Plus all the utensils you’d need. Definitely the nicest pool out of all the places we’ve stayed in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Would have loved to have another king bed but made do with the queen and twin. We also really appreciated the yard area in the back especially for our dogs. All in all it was exceptionally nice.

    My family and I enjoyed our stay at a Beverly Serral property in Sea Pines. The home was very clean, well stocked with stay essentials (paper towels, kitchen dishes and tools, beach towels, etc), and was a quick 5-7 min walk to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and the pool in the backyard was peaceful with a view of a pond. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this rental with another family - 4 adults and 4 kids under 7. This house was fantastic and the overall experience was excellent. Pros: - Fully stocked kitchen and I mean fully stocked. Cleaners for counters, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, soap. Drawers full of kitchen tools and misc needs like candles, bandaids, batteries, lighters, etc. - Pool was cleaned while we were there which was really nice - Beds were super comfortable with extra space for the kids to sleep on a variety of beds and even in the extra large closets (for littles ha)- Super comfy bedding in each room - no one was given a shaft of bedding experience - Every TV was equipped with a smart TV option and even logged into Netflix by room so you could continue shows from space to space - Stocked beack toys and chairs for use- Extra fridge outsdie- loads of parking space - Very quick ride/walk to the beach acess which is in a less populated area so it was quite and not crowded - Lovely outdoor scenery and lighting - House code for easy access coming and going Con: (these are miniscule and should be more so listed as feedback) - Having to arrive at the office before going into sea pines. I know you need parking passes but its a bit of a backtrack and depnding on traffic a bit annoying but a blip overall - A floor plan or virtual walk through of the house would have been helpful to pre-plan sleeping arraingmentsand better understand the geneeral layout when traveling with kids (again miniscule items)Overall, I would give this 5 Stars. Lovely home, ammenities and experience. Will rent again!

The kitchen is always well stocked and there are plenty of beach supplies to take to the ocean. The unit was on a busier street but with easy access to the ocean and bike trails. The private pool at the property was clean and well-maintained. We would stay at this home again!
