This is a very nice holiday home, situated well for the beach we couldn’t believe how nice a quiet it was. The only small complaint was the the photos were very old and the garden and trees are overgrown for the space

Nice location, the house was clean except for some details. The person (Serge) looking after the house was friendly and helpful. Some remarks: The maintenance of the garden could be better. The beds are a bit to narrow and paper sheets are not really comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The welcome by the French host was a bit of a challenge because our French is not very good but in the end no problem. The house has everything you could wish for: complete kitchen, extra fridge in the garage, washing machine, playground equipment in the garden, etc. In addition, the location was ideal, within walking distance with our small children from the beach. Damgan is a nice town with all facilities and a beautiful beach. In addition, the contact with Mr. Meunier went very well, he responds quickly and is very accurate. We would be happy to stay at this wonderful vacation destination again.

A lovely house with good gardens front and rear, only a few metres from the sea. Communication with the agent was a little difficult, then it is our fault we do not speak French. He was not there to meet us at the agreed time and had to get a kindly neighbour to call him. There are no very near shops so had to drive to Damgan to get the morning croissants.

Our first time taking a vacation in France and after much research, we got it spot on for a perfect break. This house is just perfectly located in a quiet spot, just strides from the beach, perfect for walks along the beautiful coast and walking distance to some very nice eateries too. Everything you could want and more in a very well equipped kitchen, into a bright and spacious lounge dining area on the ground floor. A very pretty double room and facilities on the ground floor which was perfect for my elderly mom. We spent All day outside, lovely furniture in a perfect little sun trap and filled with the sounds of birds and wildlife to snooze to, and the sounds of the ocean too. Upstairs - we used one double bedroom which had a very welcoming and cosy feel to it, ample storage. And a spacious shower room etc with lovely sink and vanity unit. (There are more rooms we didn’t use) I thoroughly recommend this holiday home - we felt so comfortable from the get go and it made for an immense week. Damgan is moments away with shops, fresh breads, cakes, charcuterie and all you need. Some lovely restaurants and just a lovely feel. Locals are super friendly to school drench speaking brits ? The house is perfectly located to explore with a lot of places that should be on your visit list within 40 minutes. It was always nice to return to the tranquility and comfort of this home. Book it!

This is a great house in a fantastic location, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is position in a lovely quiet location and right by the sea in Penerf. A highlight for us was a morning cup of tea on the sea wall and returning to it for a glass of wine in the evening.

We have rented loads of houses/flats/gites over the years, and have never found one as well equipped as this. OK, sometimes you had to look for something, but everything was there. When the iron died, the owner's agent came round with his wife's iron, rather than leave us without while he organised a replacement. The grandchildren loved the garden, as well as the ease of access to the beaches. I wish I could be sure of finding a house like this everywhere we go on holiday.

Wonderful holiday with a 2 year old. The house is really well equipped for young children - enclosed gardens, swings, sand pit, toys, cot, change table, plastic bowls and plates and cutlery, etc. The beach is literally one minute away and the shops of Damgan are a short drive down the road (walkable for adults in about 50 mins). We had a bit of a tricky start when the gentleman who met us to give us the keys didn’t speak any English and my French is terrible, but we managed to communicate somehow!!! We had an amazing time, would definitely recommend.
