Stayed Sep 6, 2025Check-in was fine after I called and was assisted. There was some confusion with early check-in. The main floor (top), was equipped with a 5,000 btu window a/c unit. This was disappointing due to not keeping it cool enough. Even more disappointing that the property manager never returned my three phone calls. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation. I would suggest replacing all of the broken chairs around the pool. Thankfully we had our own. Beautiful home, just disappointed with the lack of communication.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We rented Sand Pebble for our family gathering. Our 3 children and all our grandchildren...A total of 20 of us.Several 20 year old and a 9 and a 12 year old.The house and it's location offered something for all of us.Great beach access and the pool was large and very nice.The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for us all.It's a short distance to most anything you would want or need.The property management was very good in communication and very prompt and courteous taking care of a couple minor issues for us.After our second installment we were told that no personnel items were supplied....They really mean it! One roll of toilet paper and paper towel...no soap, for 20 people who converged on the house after long road trips.......Our only suggestion would be that at 3000/night at least one roll of toilet paper and a hotel size soap in each bathroom would not be too much to supply for a starter.Just be sure you come with your supplies. We had our paper products but were short on soap.We all loved the house and would highly recommend it for any family or large group.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Amazing location, big house and very well equipped… we loved the pool, hot tub and the easy/short access to the beach! Very nice kitchen and dining set. The kids loved the bunch bed rooms! The only thing is, the house is outdated, beds and bathrooms are just old and well used! Squeaky beds, uneven mattress and dripping faucets.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024There was no broom to clean also vacumn was Not working well.Nails need hammering on deck. Not enough trash cans for a house that big. Great location

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Sea Pebble, but the house could use some updating. Pros - the location is amazing. Surfin Spoon is right across the street and NagsHead Pier is just down the road. The views from the top floor are incredible. The layout of the house is good and there are lots of bedroom choices for a large group. The property management team was very responsive and we were even able to get into the house early! They also sent a repair person out to fix the hot tub right away. Cons - the house is in need of some upgrades that would make it much nicer. The living room couch is old, dated, worn, and very uncomfortable. All of the mattresses need to be replaced and every bed frame squeaked horribly loud when you just rolled over. One of the door frames was completely ripped off and the door to that room could not be closed securely. The kitchen also needs some essentials, specifically silverware. We had a group of 17 and there wasn’t enough silverware to serve everyone a meal at the same time, let alone more than one meal a day without washing all the silverware after each meal. The pots and pans are also in poor condition and need to be replaced. Again - overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. With a few minor improvements it could be a great property.

Stayed Apr 8, 2023Enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids and pups very much found it it relaxing and fun. The home was on the beach which made our stay more pleasant and no stress. Recommend it for anyone looking to be as close to the sand and ocean as possible.
