This property is in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Just one block from the beach and Pompano Joe’s, and walking distance to other restaurants and shops. The home was clean, well equipped and well maintained. We took advantage of the golf cart that is available as well. The pictures on line are very accurate. We were pleased the moment we walked in! This is a place we would rent again.

Be advised 100 nonrefundable damage deposit, current building construction just beyond back fence, golf cart rental not included, very limited kitchen/bathroom supplies, and community pool (no hot tub) closes at 8pm. However very short walk to miramar beach and a few restaurants. Beds slept well but be warned bottom bunks are 4inches above the ground. Garage with multiple beach extras but outdoor shower not functioning. Tv controllers are rather confusing and multiple controlers for no tvs at all? Would definitely stay again if some improvements made.

The home itself is quiet, spacious & comfy. The golf cart, beach gear, and access to the pool & beach were wonderful and made this the ideal stay! Beach towels would have been so helpful though. Unfortunately we encountered a few issues, such as the horrid smell throughout the home coming from the kitchen, likely the garbage disposal The hot water from the kitchen faucet had an awful odor. The hallway vent has a thick layer of dirt & the guest bath vent accumulates water that is thick & slimy when it drips on you. The garage floods when it rains, which causes a sauna type of situation later due to the heat & enclosed space. Considering all this, I feel the 4 star rating is more than fair, but this place can def be 5 star if better maintained.

The place was clean and ready and had everything we needed. I was very impressed.

The house was perfect super cute, clean, close to all the activities. Pool was amazing we will definitely be returning.

Had everything needed for our stay. Wish the golf cart was included but we enjoyed having all of the needed items and supplies. Near the beach - and restaurants. Great location.

It was very nice but the add was deceiving. There was nothing saying there is extra charges for the golf cart. We got there and it was a charge by the day.

We had a great stay during our travels for the holidays. The house had plenty of space for our family of six. Very close to the beach. Renting the golf cart was a bonus and made it even easier to get to the beach and explore the surrounding area. One of the things that stood out the most was working with Real Joy. Property management companies tend to get a bad reputation but Real Joy was incredible. They were very proactive, pleasant, and helpful in all of their communication. They really shined when members of my family became sick the night before we were supposed to leave. They quickly and easily helped me extend our stay so that we could have a bit more time. We’ve already booked our next stay at a Real Joy property. We would definitely choose this house again.

Over all our stay was good. We were there when hurricane Helene was suppose to hit. I did try and contact the property before we left asking questions and no one got back to me. We did receive what seemed to be a generic text saying they were monitoring the situation, but never got a response from my message submitted over VRBO. The house was ok, my kids didn’t seem to have very hot water in the guest shower so they used the master shower. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on with the cushions sliding out from under you. They are very honest with what is supplied in the VRBO. It really is just a “starter pack” this is honestly the first place I’ve been to that literally has nothing for supplies, don’t even expect salt and pepper, but they did state all this in the listing so just a heads up the dollar store is close by. The one dislike from this is there are only two dishwasher pods but they expect the dishwasher to be ran or all the dishes clean when you leave. Save some soap or buy/bring pods. The location is great and the pool is right out front. The pool is great sized and only ever encountered one other family in it. Beach was a short walk with public access right there so that was great! Some of the beach toys/supplies in the pictures are broken but there was a small umbrella and few sand toys that worked great.

Great property. Close to the beach and plenty of room for 9 people. Property management was very responsive. Loves that it had a gas stove.

3- bedroom house is beautiful. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom, my mother stayed in the guest bedroom, and three kids stayed in kids room(has two bunkbeds). Large living room/kitchen/dining area, open floor plan, just lovely. There is a back patio, great for unwinding in the evening. There is a community pool across the street, which the kids loved, it has restrooms which requires a key. The beach is a short walk away and there is a Pompano Joe’s as you enter the beach, they have some good lemonade and drinks. Quiet neighborhood, although we arrived on Sunday and left before the weekend, I would imagine it gets lively during the weekend. Nice community, went on several morning and evening walks, everyone is so nice Loved it.

Our group consists of two families with two kids. We travel to Destin/ Miramar Beach once a year. We loved the location and the ability to walk to several places. Highly recommend.
