They had a ring camera system and the neighbor Ruthie just walked in our house while we were having breakfast.Ruthie would text us answers to questions that we were talking about in the house. She would text when we left or arrived at the house. We felt like an invasion of privacy. If you like privacy do not rent this house.

This is the second time our family has booked a house in Nature Walk. We love the easy access to Seaside and the beach. The Publix grocery store that is just around the corner is super helpful to be able to pop in and out for quick items. The house was very well maintained.

The house is fantastic and comes with a golf cart that made it even more fun. A playground and 3 pools are around the corner and there is an area for grilling and dining. The neighborhood is beautiful. At first we were disappointed that it’s a little over a mile from the beach with with littles it was actually way more convenient to pack everything on the golf cart and ride. Great dining and shopping in Seaside and a fabulous family vacation at the beach. 5 stars!

This was an amazing place to stay. The house was clean, decorated beautifully, and the beds were comfortable and spacious. We loved how easily we could get to the Publix for groceries on the golf cart. Our kids ranged in age from 5-15. They all loved riding on the golf cart, and the older kids loved riding the bikes to the beach or the pool. All the conveniences we needed were so close and convenient. Nature Walk is great because it’s a golf cart ride away from Seaside and Watercolor downtown areas, but a little bit less crowded and more cozy. We loved eating at The Perfect Pig - another short golf cart ride away! Overall, this place couldn’t have been better for our family. Loved it! Will stay here again!

What a wonderful house! The house is spacious and clean as well as stocked with all we needed for a great vacation. We loved the screened porch where we could sit and listen to the night sounds relaxed on comfy furniture and the morning view as it overlooks a pond with wooded area. It was a short trip to the beach, close to town for us to catch lunch or dinner out or do a bit of shopping. But most nights we ended up cooking and spending precious time with our kids and grandkids, treasured memories!

We loved our time at Peaceful Pines. The house was clean and in a quiet part of the neighborhood. One of our favorite things to do was sit and listen to the frogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials so we could cook and BBQ at the house. There was a nice washer and dryer so I was able to come home with all our laundry done. The house is very close to the beach and town, where we spent several days. We went to the pool and our kids instantly made new friends. We had a wonderful vacation and made a lifetime of memories!

One thing I love about renting a Vrbo is being in somebody else’s home and not feeling like I’m renting a hotel. There were several things with this place that where very nice but I don’t think I’d stay here again. The home needs a good deep clean. There are stains on the rugs and furniture, there are hand prints alllll over the wall, One of the throw blankets on the bed was super dirty and had pubes on it. The beds are rock hard and the pillows are not high quality and also rock hard. The kitchen supplies are about as cheap as you can get (you can’t flip an egg or pancake in the frying pan without tons of butter). You have to pay for insurance on the home in case you damage something..... yet your card is also charged if turn the a/c up to high or a towel is missing. So basically instead of a chance to show you’re a great guest and getting a deposit back, you get stuck paying insurance AND charged for mishaps. It wasn’t all bad though. The home is beautiful and accommodated my family of six, plus my parents very well. The trails are fun and the beach is only a mile away (we walked there every day). The home is a beautiful newer home. It was nice to have bikes to ride.
