Only problem we had is the golf cart was dead when we tried to use it and had a water leak in the downstairs bathroom leaking from the ceiling. Happy with our stay.

Gas grill( cooked hot dogs). Very comfortable furniture-large sectional, nice dining room table. Negative: pet hair in the rug( big turn off), fortunately they had a vacuum cleaner. A plastic cup I filled with water to set by the night stand wound having some kind of film floating in it. It was dark when I filled the cup, I took a sip and immediately felt something in my mouth fortunately I spit it out before swallowing it. The parking in front of the condo became somewhat of a turn off not enough parking for golf carts and some neighbors had 2 cars I feel like there should be at least one reserved spot for each unit. If the owners have a golf cart they should be concrete slab in the yard to allow for charging and parking this would help the eliminate unavailable parking spots for guests

We are actually staying in the unit again soon. The bedrooms are great. The kitchen is fantastic. The living room is very spacious and cozy. The beds are super comfortable. It’s a great condo overall. The golf cart is great for a family of four or smaller. The only negatives would probably be the dryer doesn’t dry great, and the upstairs balcony is a little concerning, and could probably use a few repairs. Overall this is one of the best units we have stayed in at the beach!

Great property! My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pictures reflected the property. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The couch was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to lounge around and relax together. And the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and store leftovers. The one thing that we found funny, and didn't expect from the photos, was the height of the master bed. It's a tall one but super comfy. The one caveat, parking is a premium and the golf cart which needs to be parked in front of the house to charge, doesn't have a dedicated parking spot. A couple of times we came back with the cart and there weren't any parking spots close enough to charge. You might need to do a little golf cart parking musical chairs, but if you find that you can't get a spot and need to charge, call the property management and they can send someone to assist. We would absolutely stay here again!
