It features a sunroom and sundeck overlooking a large back with moss-covered live oaks, sweeping views of the cove–and it borders the marina. The main living space is completely open to the living room, dining room, and kitchen with magnificent views out to the cove as well.

Close to everything is the South Beach area of Sea Pines including a community pool and tennis, your dream vacation home awaits!

    This is the best house we have stayed in Hilton head. The location is perfect! In the heart of quaint south Beach and next to the salty dog. I thought it might be a hike to the beach but just a few minutes across the street. We spent most of our evenings on the back screened porch listening to music from the salty dog. My son enjoyed fishing on the dock and both boys loved riding bikes, playing tennis and walking to the salty dog for ice cream The house has everything you could need for a multigenerational family. It was beautiful and comfortable. Have I mentioned the back deck! The beds were sooo comfortable. The kitchen was large with plenty of counter space for cooking meals. The first day the bike lock code didn't work so I called the vacation company and they had someone at the house in minutes to open it. There is literally nothing to complain about in this house!

    Had a great week staying at Portside! Enjoyed the easy access to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Also loved being so close to the Salty Dog and having a great backyard for activities.

    Our stay at 6 Portside was great. Just a little difficult to find the street in the dark, as never been there before. Every thing was as listed online.

    We rented this property 3 years ago and again this year . We have a family get together every year at this time. This rental is perfect as it provides privacy for three families as well as all accommodations to cook and enjoy!,

    It was the perfect home for 4 teenagers a 14yo & 16 yo , a grandmother 71yo and my husband and I. Having the great space to entertain on the balconies, screened porch, large kitchen living space and yard made it easy for our friends who were vacationing in Harbor Town to spend time with us in the evening. The easy access to the Salty Dog made a memorable trip for all the teens and adults. The amount of freedom was a great break from our urban home in Saint Louis. The décor and 2 levels made it easy for everyone to have personal space. My son loved fishing from the boat dock at his leisure and easy charter fishing from the marina steps away. It exceeded all of our expectations for a first time trip to Hilton Head. We have never traveled to the same place twice and my son is already asking to make a 2nd trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with all of us!

    We've been coming to HHI for years and have always stayed at Port Villas. We LOVE this area. This year we came with the cousins, so needed a bigger place. Your home was perfect!!! Thank you for sharing it with us! The decorations were gorgeous and as always, we loved being so close to South Beach and having our own private dock!!!! What a beautiful home!
