Holiday home with a good location and walking distance to Arrild Ferieby's many activities and the public playground, where a bouncy castle is available for large parts of the year. The cottage is cosily furnished with an open kitchen and living room. From the living room there is access to the partially covered, west-facing terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one has a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower.There is an air / air heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate all year round. An older but cozy cottage which is perfect for the family who think that the location is more important than luxury. There are swimming licenses for Arrild swimming pool in 2021. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
