Here is a nice atmosphere and the house is bright and inviting with a large window facing the water. The house is well furnished with a good layout. There is an entrance hall, a large living room that is connected to the kitchen and the dining area, which together form a large bright room with asloping ceiling and a view of the sea. From here there is access to the house's lovely terrace. In addition, there are three good rooms and a large bathroom with both whirlpool and sauna. There is also a large wooden terrace that basically goes all the way around the house so the sun and views can be enjoyed all day. From the house it is only a few minutes walk to the wide, child-friendly beach and not least the popular Mommark Marina, which is completely undisturbed and idyllic with views of the Little Belt and the Baltic Sea. Here you will also find a cozy little cafe right down to the harbor and beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
