Great location. Nicely appointed. Comfortable for our large group. Good communication. We had a great time.

This was a great place to accomodate 4 couples. Each couple had their own full size King Bedroom. 2 with ensuite and walk in closets. The other 2 shared a bathroom but was not an issue. Very spacious, comfortable layout. Walking distance to bars on Music Row. We did Uber down to Broadway as July heat is too much to make that long walk enjoyable. Nice spacious deck for early morning coffee or end of the evening cocktails.Very quiet well kept neighborhood. Was very comfortable walking around this part of townOnly issue we had was the front keypad stopped working. I reached out for assistance at 2am and received immediate response. Would highly recommend this accomodation if travelling with 8 people

Nice quiet neighborhood , cloe to everything.

First of all the property is perfection. It looks exactly like the photos. It is modern and spacious with plenty of room for all 7 of us to hang out and 4 beautiful bedroom and baths. Also, when I made a mistake and booked the incorrect date, the owner helped me rebook in another unit that was available. They didn’t have to do that but they were gracious and accommodating. 10 stars!

The property was really nice! Would stay there again! Was conveniently located to most things you wanted to do.

We were in Nashville for a family wedding and loved the VRBO. It was new, clean, and a great location!

This property was fabulous and flawless. The pictures of the property are spot on. It is very spacious and extremely clean. There were only 3 of us so we each took a floor, but a good sized group would definitely have enough space to be comfortable. It is in a neighborhood that is walkable to many restaurants and shops and it is only a 5 minute ride to Broadway. I would 10/10 recommend this property.

House was located in the heart of Music Row, only a 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway and walking distance to Vanderbilt University. Very clean. Easy checking.

The house was clean and everything worked and was in good condition. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood is very nice. The renters did nothing that would justify an imperfect score. But . . . Look at the listing closely to see if this is for you. The ground floor has two bedrooms and the laundry area. The main level of the house is 17 steps up, the master bedroom is 19 steps above that. None of the chairs (except 1 in an out of the way place) have armrests, and many of the beds - especially the master bed - are extremely low to the ground. Almost all of the furniture has you stilling pretty low to the ground with no easy way to get up, which is not comfortable for many people. If you have any difficulties with mobility at all, find a different house.

Celebrating 65 years of life so we wanted the perfect property. Great and safe neighborhood, perfect amenities, comfortable beds, spacious living area, great rooftop to connect, and the hosts were attentive and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was perfect! Three retired couples decided to give Nashville a try and we are so glad we did! Everyone had a wonderful time! The house fit our needs perfectly. House was clean modern and roomy. Quick Uber ride to all locations we wanted to go. We definitely are planning to go back soon.

Gorgeous condo -- clean & spacious -- perfect for our family! Loved having a garage and rooftop sitting area in a nice, quiet neighborhood! We will be back!

Beautiful large, clean house in a great neighborhood! Would love to have had instructions on how to use the coffee machine as that became a group effort on day1 reviewing videos online on how to make a full pot of coffee. A drying rack for the dishes and pans washed by hand would have also been helpful.

We found the house to be perfectly decorated in a safe, quiet area. There were nice places near the house with live music if you are interested in getting away from the crowds. The roof top was an excellent place to unwind after concerts. Highly recommend the house!
