Reviewer Comments: This small 2 bedroomed house was charming and very conveniently located to walk into the centre of Fredericksburg (shops and restaurants). We'd definitely recommend it to others but I'd suggest it would be more suitable for adults as there were electrical wires (tv etc) hanging down and a small child could injure themselves. Apart from that it was near perfect.

Property is a cozy cottage with a great location within Fredericksburg. Walking to downtown shops & restaurants very doable.

The property is close to most everything and we enjoyed visiting HEB a few times and eating at the house. Quaint dishware, very cute, lots of thought put into the overall feel of this cute cottage.

Loved the location as we walked everywhere. Wanted to use the fire pit but didn’t get a chance. House is decorated in antiques which I thought fun and interesting. However it had a musty smell which could come from no fan in bathroom and after a shower it was very damp daily. I would have given 5 stars had there been a nice comfy couch because at the end of the day I just wanted to sprawl out and watch a movie with the family. The stuffed chairs in living room were more comfortable than that loveseat. Mattresses wern’t the greatest either but I may just be picky about that because it’s the spring (coils) kind.i appreciated the supplied coffee and good creamer.. I’d rent the same place again.

Overall, good experience. The house was clean & the beds were very comfortable. The location is just off Main but a pretty good walking distance from the main shopping area. It was nice and quiet at night & there was convenient & ample parking in the back of the house. The house had everything we needed for just a couple nites (there were 3 of us), but a dishwasher would be a nice addition. The office communication leading up to our stay was very good. Appreciated receiving all the necessary details in advance along with complete check out instructions. Thank you!

Offered us extra day at the beginning and end of our trip. Unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of the deals. Easy check in/out.

Perfect location and clean house. Will rent again. We walked a short distance to dinner both nights. Very relaxing with local wine by the outdoor Firepit

Spent the long weekend out in Fredericksburg to celebrate the 4th and do some wine tasting. Took in the parade and spent time in Johnson City, Hye and local. Great location which was a block off the main drag and made our stay super efficient and fun. We had planned on doing some cooking and we definitely could've with all the kitchenware but we ended up just being too tired after tastings so we just grabbed local food down the street. The AC worked great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Clean house and we really enjoyed the ability to park off the street. Next time we head to Fredericksburg, we're going to check to see if this house is available. For the price, solid deal and checked all the boxes!

It was a quiet spot close to Main St. to land at the end of our busy days with a lovely outdoor spot to have coffee in the morning and hang out at the end of the day. We used the main bedroom for sleeping and used the 2nd bedroom like a dressing room.

The house was cozy and cute and perfect for our girls’ weekend.
