6 Mi to TPC Scottsdale: Family Escape w/ Fire Pit!

We loved this home! It was more spacious than I was expecting and it was very well put together. I appreciated that the home didn’t have just the “cheapest of everything”, they put thought and money into it, but it was still a good price. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the furniture was nice, and the kitchen had what we needed. There were 2 pack-n-plays and a high chair. The backyard was exceptional! The pool heater wasn’t working when we arrived at night, but the host was extremely responsive and got someone to look at it first thing in the morning, and prorated our fee since we couldn’t use it the full stay. As a side note, all of the doors were quiet (not creaky, didn’t slam) which was a plus having napping babies!

The house was a great location and size for our family of five (three teenagers). Backyard was great for keeping everyone entertained. Truly had everything we needed and the location was convenient. Our only hesitation was that we wished there wasn't carpet in the bedrooms because it seemed like it had been there quite awhile.

We rented this house to gather with other family members to celebrate my son's 5th birthday. There was ample space for sleeping, eating and relaxing both indoors and outdoors. There was a slight issue with the pool (we paid for it to be heated)- when we arrived it wasn't on, but the property manager responded immediately and had someone take a look at it. The downside was that it wasn't really warm enough to swim in for 2 of the days we were there, but we got in anyway since we paid the fee. I will also say that using the property management company, Evolve, was a bit of a pain. I had a few questions beforehand and their customer service was lacking in both response time and in actually answering the questions I had. It was straightened out, but was annoying. The neighborhood was nice and close to plenty of stores/restaurants, though most of the activities we did were at least a half hour away, so we spent a fair amount of time in the car. Temperatures were cool for Jan (so we were told), but we had a great time- the sun really makes you think much more positively no matter what temperature the thermometer says!

The house was spotless, the furniture was nice (including the beds), the layout worked great for our family. The backyard was a huge hit with the kids and perfect for our time there. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of all the essentials — toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc. The location was a great, too. It’s across the street from an elementary school but you would really never know it. No noise, traffic or disruptions from it at all. We were about 20-25 minutes from anything we wanted/needed, but lots of restaurants and things close by. We would definitely rent this house again next time we’re in the area.

House was very clean, plenty of room, we paid to have the pool heated and it was done so to perfection (even the cool-water shy among us enjoyed it)! But don't let the pool guy throw you off on Tuesdays when he shows up in the backyard. :) Great neighborhood, close proximity for various stores and wonderful restaurants that we enjoyed. We had no issues that needed resolved with the property, and the property manager was extremely responsive to our questions and inquiries prior to check in and check out so am positive she would be on the spot if needed. Would highly recommend! Thank you for our great vacation!

The house was just the right place for us. The decor was up to date. All the appliances were top notch. The house was very clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but you can’t promise good weather. There were lots of indoor games and cozy blankets to keep us happy.
